Paul and Brandon at Taconic Distillery in the Hudson Valley custom crafted a truly spectacular easy-drinking 90 proof Bourbon for us and then finish-aged it for over a year in one of our French oak Cabernet Franc barrels. Only 60 six-bottle cases made.
