Now that we’ve closed, I can tell you we received 8 offers in two days and got this one done for 25k over list price!!!! Work with an agent you trust. And if you trust them, LISTEN to them!

My adorable client was selling his home of over 25 years to make a huge move to another state to be with his kids and grandkids. We were able to get him lots of attention and multiple offers so he could comfortably make the best decision to allow him to sell and still have a couple weeks to move out! Oh yeah, and he made more money than he listed for 😉

The weather is nice for selling!

60 showings in 3 days, 24 offers!! Closed this one a week and a half after going on market for 20k over list price!!! Everybody is happy 😉
