⭐️New Student Shout-Out⭐️
Today we’re catching up with freshman Music Education major Daisy Cook! “I’m a first year student studying music education and I’m currently listening to Hozier’s new album Unreal Unearth (HIGHLY recommend) and I’m looking for more hidden gems in Greensboro to explore!” “Something I’ve learned so far as a freshman at UNCG is to keep an academic to-do list and one thing I’ve felt growth in on clarinet is the direction of my air and my tone!”
We love to see it! Thanks Daisy!
Next Monday at 7:30! We’re excited for Masters student and Graduate Assistant to share a staggering program of world premieres by Ever Castellanos, Jack Yagerline, and Daniel himself alongside works by Poulenc, Beethoven, and Debussy! There’s even some jazz! With a large cast of collaborators, this is one not to miss.
As always, check out vpa.uncg.edu/music/calendar for live streaming of all events!
