This is happening more frequently and I would like for it to stop. If you book for a set of services you need to get those services. The time is already allotted to you and only you therefore not only is it a money loss for me, but I more than likely will not fill that spot at the last minute.

Moving forward if you cancel a service, you will still have to pay 50% of that service you canceled even if you got the other things you’ve booked for.

Now, if you’ve booked for a Steam and your cycle starts, NO you will not be charged that is considered a contraindication.

Now if you decide that you no longer want a leg wax or vagacial anymore just because you don’t have time or just don’t want it then, YES, you will be charged 50% of that service.

I hope you all understand. Make sure you are only booking the services that you want to get and receive at your appointments.
