Arnez J.'s charisma and physical agility are unforgettable. “J is a whirling dervish on stage--he runs, jumps, spins, slides, slips, and mugs through a performance, acting out many of his bits while describing them,” wrote Doug Kaufman in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Arnez admits of himself “I've always expressed my things through mannerisms and facial expressions rather than speaking.” Arnez got a chance to combine his ambitions as both an athlete and performer when he was recruited by scouts for the famed Harlem Globetrotters basketball team who saw his very physical comedy routine at a local basketball game. However, after several months, a knee injury ended his Globetrotters career, finally clearing the way for him to devote himself full time to standup comedy. An Atlanta native, Arnez began working the comedy circuit in Georgia and quickly became one of “Hotlanta's” funniest newcomers. A finalist in the “Bay Area Black Comedy Competition,” he was immediately noticed by the entertainment industry and was asked to make his first television appearance on Showtime's “Comedy Club Network.” Numerous television appearances soon followed including appearances on “The Keenan Ivory Wayans Show,” “Louie Anderson's Comedy Showcase,” Comedy Central's “Make Me Laugh,” NBC's “Friday Night Videos,” “The Mo’Nique Show”, Russell Simmons' “Def Comedy Jam,” his own BET “Comic View Grandstand Hour Special,” and “Comedy Central Presents: Arnez J.” He was most recently seen headlining Showtime’s “Shaquille O'Neal Presents: All Star Comedy Jam.” Today, Arnez is widely considered one of the best working artists, with a polished and highly entertaining standup routine that keeps his audiences entertained without having to use profanity.

Aaron Weber is a standup comedian based in Nashville, TN and is a regular performer at the world famous Grand Ole Opry. He made his debut in 2019 at the age of twenty-eight, making him the youngest standup comedian ever to step into the Opry circle. Later that year, he made his television debut on the Opry’s Circle Network, hosting two episodes of Stand Up Nashville. You can catch Aaron on The Nateland Podcast with Nate Bargatze and Brian Bates, on which the three Nashville-based comedians tackle important world issues like animals, calendars, and Rhode Island. If ever there was a comedy magician to be seen, it is Kevin Lee. Kevin’s unique combination of comedy, magic and juggling leaves audiences both in awe and in stitches. Lee, has appeared on all of the national television stations on shows such as “Showtime at the Apollo”, HBO’s “Def Comedy Jam”, and Jamie Foxx’s “Uptown Comedy Club”, to name a few. Lee was also voted “Washington DC’s Funniest Comedian” by Washingtonian Magazine.

Audiences are wowed by Kevin’s amazing juggling, fire and sword-swallowing comedy.

Kevin’s stage career began at The Comedy Cafe in Washington DC where he placed first in the very first comedy competition he ever entered. After a quick stint as a Street Entertainer in DC, Lee moved to Venice Beach, CA, the Mecca of street performers. It was there that Kevin honed his craft, building his repertoire of comedy, magic and juggling to audiences of all ages and walks of life. While in California, Lee became a regular at the world’s famous Comedy Store.

Lee has also been seen on five seasons of BET’s “Comic View” and his distinctive skills have allowed him to share the stage with legends such as Gladys Knight, Chris Rock, Steve Harvey, Whitney Houston, Chris Tucker and Sinbad. Burpie is known for being the star on 2 seasons of WILD'N OUT!!! He is also known for his high energy fast paced style of comedy. His jokes his sarcastic real-life stories keep crowds engaged and laughing while he’s performing. While he never thought about doing stand-up comedy, Burpie was told by a woman he worked with that he should try it because she thought he was hilarious which jump started his career. The first time he hit the stage he got a standing ovation and since then he’s been on tour with the likes of Capone Lee, Ms. Pat, Cipha Sounds, & Nene Leakes to name a few. He was a finalist in Kevin Hart’s Miller Lite comedy search & a semifinalist in the bay area black comedy competition. Since starting stand up he has become a cast member on Nick Cannon presents Wild n Out, MTV’s Joking Off, and Worldstar tv. “The Tragedy is not death but life without purpose”.

Ben Brainard is a comedian with a natural ability to make any crowd laugh. Originally from Daytona Beach, and now living in Orlando, Ben has toured across the country. He’s also produced several shows for Army Reserve units. During quarantine, Ben found viral success producing “The Table,” a sketch comedy series about how the various states of the US are handling current events.

Since a very young age, Ben has been “the funny kid,” or at least, “the kid that will cheer you up,” but, oddly enough, standup comedy was never really a part of his plan. Before his junior year of high school, Ben won an “Engineering Scholars Program” scholarship and literally did rocket science for a summer. As a senior in high school, Ben played 3 sports, took AP and honors classes, and won student body President as the presidencies for the FCA and The Academy of Drafting and Design. For a year and a half after high school, he majored in mechanical engineering and double minored in physics and CAD/CAM at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach. Then, one day, he got bored of calculus, dropped out of school, joined the US Army Reserve, moved to Orlando, and started doing standup comedy. Ben has always said “yes” to opportunities, and his “I’ll try anything once” attitude has ultimately led to some hilarious stories and an irrationally high 26 different jobs since he turned 16. Ben has done everything from work a drive-thru at Chick-fil-A to drive a bus for the YMCA after school program, and now he takes the stage to tell all about everything he’s done and seen and make you laugh along the way.

Standing at only 5’5 and weighing in at 125lbs, Ben is not an intimidating presence, but don’t let his size fool you! He packs some serious punchlines! From jokes about his stature to hilarious stories about dating, jobs, general life mishaps and even his crazy family, Ben is sure to have you laughing until your sides hurt!

The man, the myth, the legend .curry.18 takes the stage in Greensboro this weekend!

Known by fans across the country for his numerous national television appearances, his yearly national arena tour appearances and for headlining the nation's hottest comedy clubs, Don "DC" Curry is probably most widely recognized for his comedic acting role as the zany "Uncle Elroy" on the urban classics, "Next Friday" and "Friday After Next." He’s currently wrapping up production on season one of his own mock-reality show, “Nappi Valley,” about the zany mis-adventures of DC hiring some of his not-as-busy comedian friends to turn in their microphones for rakes and shovels and do chores around his farm. He’s also currently the host of his hilarious podcast, “DC Curry’s Dis-race.”
DC recently appeared on back to back episodes of the hit sitcom, The Ms. Pat Show and guest starred in executive producer Cedric The Entertainer’s Finding Happy. He had a recurring role on the Aaron McGruder sitcom, Black Jesus and has made guest appearances on: The Boondocks, Everybody Hates Chris, The Steve Harvey Show, The Chris Rock Show, The Tracy Morgan Show, HBO Def Comedy Jam, Martin Lawrence’s 1st Amendment Stand Up, Comics Unleashed, Comics Unleashed Hot Chocolate and TV One’s Way Black When.
Curry was also the host of BET Comic View, and star of his own Comedy Central Special and his own BET Comedy Special. His big TV break came when he was cast as a series regular on ABC's Grace Under Fire.

Bryan Callen is an actor, comedian, and podcaster. He is best known for his recurring role as “Coach Mellor” on ABC’s Schooled and The Goldbergs and as one of the original cast members of MadTV. Callen has also appeared in TV and films including Kingdom, Hangover 1 & 2, Ride Along, S*x and the City, Old School, Entourage, Californication, and many more.
A veteran Headliner, Callen performs in theaters and comedy venues across the world. His third one-hour comedy special, “Complicated Apes”, topped the iTunes charts upon its release in March, 2019 and can be found on Amazon Prime.

The exposure has brought her a huge fanbase of over 11 million social media followers, and her own wildly popular makeup line B.SimoneBeauty and fitness line B.SimoneFit. In addition to that, B. Simone launched The Know For Sure Podcast in April 2022 and it is currently still a top 100 Podcast on Apple.

Adele Givens the Queen of Comedy. The title is well deserved with such credits as Russell Simmons' Def Comedy Jam, The All Stars of Def Comedy Jam. Showtime at the Apollo. The Oprah Winfrey show. HBO Comedy half-hour, Comedy Central Presents, Queen Adele has certainly reigned supreme.
It wasn't long before Queen Adele made her acting debut, guest-starring in such sitcoms as Martin, Moesha, The Parkers, The Steve Harvey show, a recurring role on The Tracey Ullman show and becoming a series regular on the hit sitcom The Hughley’s to name a few. Loving her newfound tree, Queen Adele branched out to do her very own morning radio show (The Adele Givens morning show on WGCI 107.5 FM Chicago), but not before filming her first movie role as Tricks in the film, The Player’s Club. Before long, HBO recognized her majesty by offering her a chance to do her own HBO Half-hour comedy special and television pilot The Adele Givens show. Adele also served as co-host of the Source Magazine Awards pre-show. Craig was the standout “Unrepped New Face” at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal. He was born in Los Angeles to a Mexican mother and an angry white father growing up with a lot of baseball and illegal fireworks. Conant is now sober, (despite the look on his face), and recently appeared on MTV’s “Greatest Party Story Ever Told” where he received accolades for his unique comedic voice. He has a hugely successful podcast entitled “Community Service” and was also recently fired from Trader Joe’s, come find out why!

AFFION CROCKETT is one of the most versatile entertainers around as an accomplished actor writer dancer rapper comedian music producer and director – his YouTube videos have become an internet sensation. Affion began his career as a dancer at age 10 winning breaking and popping contests with his older brother. Later on he honed his impression skills by imitating anyone from his mother’s West Indian dialect or his schoolteacher’s southern drawl to the Scarface’s choppy Cuban accent. Soon after Affion combined his dance and impressionist talents to develop his stand up act. After graduating from Fayetteville State University with a bachelor’s degree in business Affion set his sights on the entertainment industry.
Affion was introduced to the world on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam demonstrating his crystal clear impressions and physical comedy for which he was labeled the next Jim Carrey. He also shows his range with dramatic turns on CSI: NY NYPD Blue and The District. He was also the break out star on MTV’s ‘Wild’n Out’ and ‘Short Circuitz’ with Nick Cannon. He has starred on ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm ’ and ‘Cedric The Entertainer’s Show.’ Crockett also co-starred in the films ‘Dance Flick’ with the Wayans Brothers ‘Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins’ with Martin Lawrence and ‘Soul Men’ with Samuel L. Jackson and the late Bernie Mac. He is currently co-starring in ‘A Haunted House’ parts 1 & 2 alongside Marlon Wayans and the upcoming film ‘The Wedding Ringer’ with Kevin Hart.
Affion is also best known for his comedy niche with online sketch / parody videos garnering over 50 million views on YouTube. In the summer of 2011 Affion starred in and executive produced his own sketch comedy show for FOX called ‘In the Flow with Affion Crockett ’ which was executive produced by Jamie Foxx. Jason Banks is a veteran stand-up comedian out of Columbus, Ohio. During the 2020 pandemic, Jason created a TikTok account and started making content, which now has since amassed over 9 million followers, over 270 million likes and over 1 BILLION views. Jason’s viral skits detail the misadventures of his fictional son Derek and his friends, all played by Jason.

In addition to creating content online, often inspired by his 10-year-old twins, Jason performs on some of the biggest stages all over the country. After winning numerous competitions in his home state of Ohio — including the “Funniest Person in Columbus Contest” at the Columbus Funny Bone — Jason started touring the U.S. regularly. He’s appeared on both seasons of Laff Mobb’s Laff Tracks on TruTV and most recently recorded his first hour special in Atlanta, which will be released in 2023.

From 2009-2012 he toured 3 successful one-man-shows nationwide to theatre festivals and comedy clubs where Showbiz Chicago said the performance was “Intimate brilliance” and NUVO Indianapolis said it was “memorable and moving.” He has been featured in The Huffington Post, The Advocate, The New Yorker and Cosmopolitan, and was featured in a piece on NPR’s All Things Considered. Currently his “It Was The 90s Tour” is drawing sold out crowds across the US, UK and Europe.
