Coma nap time! This was me yesterday afternoon but I am feeling much more lively today!

I do not know why this week's Enlightening Life LIVE video is not playing but I do have a recording from streamyard to share.

Well yesterday was a busy day and I am not just talking about having things to do. We were in full energetic warrior mode, so much energy being dismantled and released and so much more light being descended and distributed.

We focus a lot on ascension but where does the energy for that come from? Remember descension happens, energy coming in, so ascension can happen. It's the Ascension cycle.

We are looking for 'the' ascension but it is something that is happening continuously as energy cycles from 3D to 5D, from descension to transcension to ascension.

It is hard work and we're on the front lines so take care of yourselves the next few days as we move from the 8 cycle of September to the 9 of October and completion. Endings and beginnings are just part of the same cycle.

While this is happening we are also in full multi-dimensional mode too so pay attention to that too so you don't hurt yourself because it can be very distracting.

Yes the hurricane blew into my town last night and this morning but we just got wind and rain, everything is OK.

How are you doing?

Well, yesterday was an adventure. It was a busy day for me, we got a huge energy download, I had to take a 2 1/2 hour coma nap and my internet went out twice.

We're having another big energy surge and 3D dis-integration is in full swing so chaos is the energy of the day. You can feel it - you may feel anxious, unsettled, ungrounded, nauseous, tired, and afraid.

Don't let the fear overtake your light. It is just part of the process. As we move farther into full 3D/5D integration the light becomes lighter and stronger and the 3D density that is uncovered is even more dense. We're coming to the bottom of the 3D barrel now and what is down there has been festering for a very long time.

But today is a new day and it's Wednesday so we have our Enlightening Life LIVE broadcast tonight where I'll talk about the energy swings and why we're having them right now.

Shine on - more light is better than no light.

How is your day going?

This is a dark topic but it is relevant to these times and with Pluto back in Capricorn where it is continuing to bring out the darkest and most dense of 3D energies. Remember this is the last pass for Pluto in Capricorn for 250 years so the final cleanup is the big one.

It reminds me of when I used to tell my children to clean their rooms and if they ignored me I would go in there and confiscate everything that was on the floor or not put away - they did not like that. Well, Pluto is going to illuminate, eviscerate, and eradicate everything that has ignored the warnings to turn to the light, raise the vibe, integrate higher frequencies, and release the density of 3D for 16 years - it's not like they have not been told many times.

Meanwhile while we're watching this on the world stage we are seeing it in our own lives and our love karma in the family sphere is being addressed now.

The key to achieving joy is not more emotional release work, it is addressing the grief energy we hold in our energy field.

It's the Equinox and this one is extra special because it is the last one we will have with Pluto in Capricorn and there are big aspects that happened today as the Sun entered a new season.
The Autumn Equinox is the season of harvest, where we harvest what was planted in the spring and grew in the summer.
The 4 zodiac points, Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn, mark the change of seasons.
In Aries it's spring when we begin new projects and plant the seeds
In Cancer it's Summer and we nurture them so they grow
In Libra it's autumn and we harvest the blessings and choose what we will keep and what we will release
In Capricorn we have winter, the time of rest, going within, and preparing for the new season.
This cycle repeats over and over, year after year, in the physical world and in our own world on every level - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Each season we grow into an expanded version of ourselves as we learn from the failure or limitation of past harvests.
We learn to rotate crops and shift our focus to new horizons because every gardener knows you cannot plant the same crops in the same place every year.
Now we have entered the harvest time and with Libra, whose glyph is the scales of justice, we seek alignment, balance, and congruence, gleaning the most beneficial aspects of the harvest and releasing what is not going to serve us through our winter of rest.
In the days before grocery stores, this was the most important time of the year because what people could harvest and store away would feed them through the winter.
What are you harvesting now? What choices are you making for yourself? And what blessings will you keep as you let go of what is no longer relevant, useful, relatable, or nurturing?

On February 1, 2025 we have an aspect that has never happened before - Neptune and the north node of the moon at the same degree, in very late Pisces, joined by Venus.

This is a profoundly divine aspect, I can't describe how powerful it is and how much spiritual promise it has for us right now. I will have more insight when I write the 2025 predictions in December.

I just wanted to point this out to you because in spite of everything that is happening in the world today, there is a divinely orchestrated process that is moving us along towards full ascension alignment and right through the 5D portals.

Whenever we have a big aspect like this, like the Jupiter/Neptune conjunction in Pisces in April 2022 (I remember that one because it happened on my birthday) the frequency emitted impacts the entire planet and everyone and everything on it.

From an energetic perspective, these big aspects are like a giant bell ringing throughout the universe, and the energetic tones recalibrate and raise energetic frequencies. They nurture and support those who are tirelessly working for ascension, and drown out the energies of those who are working against it.

The September 17 eclipse was one of those cosmic bell rings, and so is the equinox on September 22 and the eclipse on October 2.

And let's not forget the giant bell ring of this year, Pluto back into and then out of Capricorn. The Pluto bell is going to be ringing loudly in November as it re-enters Aquarius for the next 20 years.

For those of you who are sensitive to energy - it is off the charts right now, so you may be feeling extra wired or tired or overwhelmed.

We just had a strong eclipse, the equinox is September 22, and we have another eclipse on October 2 which again features the karma path, how we balance our own energies, the Martyred Healer or Empowered Master, and other choices for our ascension journey.

Meanwhile, in 3D, the dis-integration is moving at light speed (literally), and the awakening is accelerating very quickly. Here's the overall lesson - we cannot be victims if we are engaging with our own energy mastery. We cannot be controlled if we have strong energy boundaries.

Remember from the 2024 predictions, this year is focused on energetic sovereignty, it is not an emotional process although emotions are involved because we are experiencing these changes on an emotional level (we filter energy through our emotions) but understanding the energy and learning to manage our energy is what matters and is important.

Lots going on right now so take naps when needed, and shine on.

I was thinking today that this energy feels like giving birth and we are - we're giving birth to a new paradigm for ourselves, for humanity, and for the planet and that can be challenging - and tiring.

And we are entering a new season this weekend, the autumn equinox begins September 22 and Libra season begins too, which is about balance, relationships, and open enemies. That should bring up some interesting situations.

This energy is exhausting but birth is an exhausting process! And it is not just a birth that is happening, we are also winding down the 3D paradigm at the same time as we are assisting in the birth of the 5D integration, it's all happening.

How are you feeling - are you having periods of exhausting too? I had to take a nap I was so tired!

It has been a day to organize, fix problems, take care of issues, and working in the background. I was going to go to Costco and World Market but I just did not have the energy, I will go this weekend.

Working in that multi-dimensional space can make you want to isolate, hibernate, nap, or just be alone. We're working on some big energy movements right now so do what feels best for you. This weekend will be more relaxed. For now, we are working on our ascension energy assignments and that is taking all of our time and energy.

Shine on - it's all part of the job.

It did not rain today, for the first time in several days. The sun just came out so I went outside to enjoy it for a few minutes.

Can you feel the multi-dimensional wobble today? You know that's happening when you feel very spacey and off balance, like you are here and yet you are not. It accompanies the multi-dimensional energy processing so that means cleaning, organizing, and re-arranging.

I am laughing as I write this because today was looking for some videos to upload and organized all of my videos stored in vimeo, putting them into folders and collections. It took nearly 2 hours. Now I know where all of my videos are!

Meanwhile back on the 3D plateau, we are witnessing a major dis-integration and re-structuring of 3D and I call your attention to who is in the news now. What kind of dark energy is being revealed? You do not have to watch the news daily but seeing what is going on in the news helps you understand how much the balance of dark/light is shifting and how much progress we are making (A LOT)!!

I can't believe the day is over - it feels like it should be noon!

The biggest energy events of the week are over and now it's cleanup time.

Release sounds great until you have to deal with the results - unmet expectations, regrets, telling yourself you should have done it sooner, none of which is helpful.

It's like deciding to remodel your house all at once, which sounds like a good idea until you actually do it and realize how long it takes, how disruptive it is, and how much work it is.

I want to caution you that as much as you celebrate what you release, there will be moments of grief so be prepared for it, it can catch you by surprise. Yes you're glad it's finally over but you can still grieve the time, energy, and effort you put into a relationship, what you lost, what you could have had, etc.

Unmet expectations are a powerful force for grief so tread lightly and be gentle with yourself if you are using this energy to let go and move on. It may be a little more involved than you think.

How is your day going today?

On this day of a formidable lunar eclipse in Pisces I found this in the 2014 Predictions ebook I wrote (these have been popping up in my files lately and I am working on re-releasing them soon).

This is a very spiritually themed eclipse, being in Pisces, but it is not about being more spiritual than others or more anything. Spiritual energy does not work that way. This is about creating balance - especially with Saturn in Pisces now - between material and spiritual, human and divine. It is a process of integration and alignment so that our spiritual light shines within our humanity but does not outshine it. We can't let ego drive our spiritual impulses or we get into the better and more arguments that are simply a reflection of someone's spiritual arrogance.

It is a topic I have addressed often because it irritates me to see people who want to be more advanced or show their virtue or accomplishments through spiritual superiority. That's nonsense.

Here is what I wrote about this topic in 2013:

Energy is non-judgmental, which means that it has no opinion or consideration of size, magnitude, big or small, high or low, light or dark, good or bad, better or worse. It always amuses me to hear people talk, with some degree of pride, about the level of dimensional presence they believe they have and are now in 7D, 9D, or 12D, because once we move beyond 3D, the energy doesn't work that way.
New dimensions just add more complexity and layers, they do not add any levels of greatness. It isn't better to be at 12D than at 5D or even 3D, because it's a personal experience and dimensional access relies on energetic frequency and vibration. In fact, the less we judge and allow ourselves to be in total acceptance and unconditional love, the greater the level and degree of dimensional access we have. And the greater access we have to true spiritual integration which, if you understand the true nature of energy, is pure potential that encompasses all frequencies, vibrations, and dimensions.

Shine on - do your best and that's the best you can do and it is perfect.

In last week's Create and Sell Products Blueprint training I shared the story about how I became the 'cloth diaper expert' about 12 years ago when I mentioned on my radio show that my children all wore cloth diapers. Mainly because disposables were too expensive and I thought it was a terrible waste of money to throw diapers away. And after my first child I had dozens of cloth diapers to use.

Well, I did not know that women were newly interested in cloth diapers and wanted advice from those of us who had used them with our babies.

And so for a time I became a go to resource for info on cloth diapers. It was fun and I was glad to help. I could have turned that into a thriving business with classes, memberships, sponsorships, products, and more. That is what I would do now - it was a little different on the internet 12 years ago.

Your experience becomes expertise and it is a gold mine of potential for you. It doesn't matter what it is - and cloth diapers is just one example - you can build an audience of people who want to know what you do and learn from you.

I know this does not apply to my readers and long time followers who would never steal content from me - although plenty of other people do or try. I am putting the case file together for a copyright infringement and theft of intellectual property lawsuit and did you know that copyright infringement is a federal crime and you can get 5 years in federal prison for it?
So do people who steal others' content think that their lack of integrity and creative expression is worth spending 5 years in federal prison (plus fines and settlement costs to the legitimate copyright holder)?
As I have said when sharing the problems I have had with people stealing my content, and they have been numerous, do not let this happen to you.
The law is on your side. Register your copyrights (it costs $55 in the US) and then use the law to defend them.

Stand up for yourself and your work and do not let anyone take advantage of you.

Are you ready for the big eclipse tomorrow? It's exciting and there is so much energy around it! Eclipses always stir up a lot of energy and while some astrologers tell you they don't 'reveal' anything, I disagree. If you are paying attention eclipses reveal everything but it is usually stuff you don't want to see or are not ready to see so you turn away from it.

It's potent and the big theme is spiritual awareness and our ongoing paradigm shift from Martyred Healer to Empowered Master so just be aware that this is going on and be prepared to make some tough choices for yourself.

Do you want to continue to be in service as the Martyred Healer or of service as the Empowered Master - the servant or the master - it's your choice.

I know what I will choose (I never did like being told what to do) and the eclipse energy is stirring up now as we head into the big eclipse tunnel.

I think I have identified and reported all of the scammers and fake pages now. Not only had they cloned this page, my business page, they had taken my header and details and created personal pages. There were 4 or 5 of them and I reported all of them.
Just to be clear, I will never contact you on messenger and tell you I 'see something for you' or to 'get a reading'. I hope you know that. If you get that kind of message it did not come from me so just report the page as fraudulent and delete the message. thanks.

We have a very good aspect between the moon, Jupiter, and Venus happening now, it was exact today and the Jupiter/Venus aspect lasts a few more days.

The last time we had the same aspect with these planets in these signs was September 16, 2000, 24 years ago to the day.

That was the beginning of the millennium, when we had so many aspirations and beliefs about what was possible, only to have an event a year later that would forever be a marker for that time.

But we are coming full circle and this aspect with the upcoming eclipse is a powerful portal of potential that can bring great transformation.

We are the agents of ascension, the portal keepers, the light beacons. Don't worry whether things are working - that is the job of the Universe - just keep shining your light.
