Vallozzi's Greensburg is excited to announce our new Dinner Menu starting today! We are aware that some favorites may not be included this time around; however, we have some new options we are excited to bring to you all. We hear you and we may bring back some of the classics in the future. 😋

So nice outside we don’t even need a filter! Vallozzi’s patio is now open with newly added heaters incase the PA weather wants to throw us another couple of curveballs 🥸

Mother's Day is only about a month away so it'll be here before you realize it! We are anticipating a limited Spring-time menu that will be posted in the coming weeks so keep an eye out! We are now accepting reservations so allow us at Vallozzi's to ensure a special and simple mother's day celebration.

Vallozzi's is excited to introduce our Valentine's Day Menu! Unfortunately, we are booked for Tuesday the 14th but cancellations are unpredictable so it never hurts to give us a call!

Vallozzi's is looking for an individual who would like a part-time job at a fun and friendly work environment! The host/hostess position includes the following duties:

-Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant
-Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table
-Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area
-Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have
-Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
-Answering phones and scheduling reservations with large parties

Line Cook Job Responsibilities:

-Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
-Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
-Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
-Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
-Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
-Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.

Due to some unforeseen illness, Vallozzi's Greensburg will be closed for LUNCH ONLY Thursday the 29th and Friday the 30th. We will be open at 4:00pm for dinner the rest of the week with normal hours picking back up on January 3rd. We apologize for any inconvenience but we must ensure a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our employees.

Also, we still have some limited times available for New Years Eve reservations. We would recommend acting fast before they are snatched up!
We are overly excited to host another New Year's celebration here at Vallozzi's!

-Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
-Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
-Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
-Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
-Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.
-Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.

Vallozzi's Greensburg will be CLOSED for lunch Nov. 8th - 11th; however, we will be open this week for dinner starting at 4:00pm. We apologize for any inconvenience!
