Parsley & Mint Downtown

Well, my friends, I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, I am closing Parsley and Mint Mediterranean Drinkery effective immediately. Ultimately, I could not keep up with the staffing issues, the food costs increases, overall economic changes, and the exponential increase of restaurants and bars in downtown Greenville. It also didn't help that due to other commitments, I did not have the time to manage this restaurant effectively. So its on me. But, s**t happens and no excuses.

Anyone out there interested in a sublease and has the experience, time, and business plan to successfully run a restaurant, shoot me a message.

Parsley and Mint Mediterranean Eatery in North Greenville will still be open, so come on by for your Whipped Feta fix...

Do Bees Have Knees? The conversation started at the when Rion and I were discussing the classic gin drink “Bee’s Knees.” And we wondered if, in fact, bee’s have actual knees. But our version of this classic cocktail includes Botanist Gin, an almond infused honey syrup, and lemon. Maybe one of our many entomologist followers can verify if bee’s do in fact have knees…

Come to the Drinkery and have Thomas make you a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned complete with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup garnish. Happy Friday.

Rumors of our demise have been greatly exaggerated. Now back open as Parsley and Mint Mediterranean Drinkery. Craft cocktails both classic and modern. Chef curated desserts and scratch made tapas. Rion and I are bartending all night. Come on by.

Good Morning. In response to the GVLtoday's post, we are not closed permanently. We are reconfiguring the restaurant and will be reopening with a new cocktail and food menu on Thursday. More to come later today.
