Ovulation generally takes place in the midpoint of a 28 day cycle—or around 14 days after the 1st day of your previous period. If you have been sexually active around the time frame of ovulation, it’s possible to get pregnant. An ultrasound will confirm how far along you might be. PSA! 🎤 We have some exciting news! Recently, PWC was given a generous donation to purchase a new ultrasound machine! 🙌 This new machine will replace one of the older machines that we have used for many years. The new machine has updated technology and will give clearer ultrasound footage. It will be installed at our clinic on Grove Road this week!

We know that women are more likely to choose life for their unborn baby once they see an ultrasound. We are beyond thrilled and thankful to God for providing this new tool for us in this ministry!🙏

Mondays can be a challenge and it can be hard to have motivation. Don't forget to remind yourself that the Lord has given you the ability to wake up and work today. Pray that the Lord will give you the strength, ability, and focus to do the job He provided for you to the best of your ability. Pray this prayer today!

Here is your reminder to be drinking water! This is one of the simplest/easy steps you can take towards a health pregnancy or life. Drinking water:

- supports your body
- helps to prevents UTI's
- supports your pregnancy by providing more oxygen and nutrients to your baby
- helps to reduce swelling
- helps you go to the bathroom

Another easy recipe for those busy days. This is one you and your kids can do together! Cooking with your child helps them learn responsibility, patience, and prepares them for the adult days when they start cooking alone. These moments can help grow your relationship with your little ones. 🧑🏽‍🍳

A pool is a great way to exercise this summer! It is also a great way to exercise when you're pregnant. In a body of water you weigh just a tenth of what you really do outside of the water. It can not only provide great exercise, but relief from some of the common pregnancy aches and pains. With this heat, that pool probably feels really nice! 😎
