(1) Closings remain very strong. We are ahead of last year in terms of closed business.

(2) Written sales MLS wide, we are still seeing 45 +/- properties go under contract daily.
This is down roughly 25% from the 60 +/- we normally see this time of year due to Covid-19.

(3) Showings were down about 40% last week versus the same week a year ago due to Covid-19.
