🐖 We're less than a week away from the Hog & Barrel 2024 ticket launch! Here's a rundown of what this year's festival will look like:

🍽 We're kicking off the festivities on Friday, November 1st with an exclusive Super VIP event, Taste of the Barrel: A Bourbon Dinner Soirée. Guests will indulge in a five-course dinner curated by the award-winning Chef Michael Sibert of White Wine & Butter. His menu will pay homage to the rich history and flavors of bourbon. Complementing Chef Silbert's culinary creations will be bourbon cocktail pairings handcrafted by Tammy Johnson, CEO & Chief Mixologist for High Spirits Hospitality.

🐷 Saturday is Bourbonpalooza, the showcase event of the weekend! We'll have the area's best chefs slinging their favorite hog & bourbon recipes, while the bartenders bring it with their most creative bourbon cocktails. Come for the all-you-can-eat BBQ and booze, stay for the mechanical bull, artisan craft market, and live music. And don't worry, we know it's fall, y'all–we'll be streaming your favorite football games so you won't have to miss out on any pigskin action 🏈 There will be two sessions of Bourbonpalooza–one from 1-4 PM and one from 5-8 PM.

🥃 We'll also have five separate sessions of the Bourbon Experience on Saturday! The Experience is a one-hour tasting session where you can sip on premium bourbons guided by experts can help you explore their unique flavors. The Bourbon Experience is included in Super VIP tickets, and will be available as an add-on for all other ticket levels.

Calling all chefs! 🐷 Restaurant applications are officially open for the 2024 Hog & Barrel Festival, and we want to work with YOU!

We're looking for the the Upstate's best of the best, ready to cook up single-serving portions of their most delicious, creative bourbon-inspired or BBQ dishes for up to 2,000 guests.

The perks? A ton of exposure for your business, plus the chance to show off your skills in our “Best Of” competition! Participating restaurants will compete in our Chef's BBQ Showdown on Saturday, November 2nd. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners in various categories, like People's Choice, Most Creative, Best Sidekick, and Best Overall! We're paying a stipend to all participating restaurants to help cover your food costs. We’re also teaming up with our community partner, Greenville Technical College, to provide extra hands if you need them! We have culinary students standing by, ready to help you dish out delicious BBQ!
