"Where to even begin…
We will forever be thankful for the care my daughter received here.

Our story… Our daughter is 10 years old and has struggled with anxiety since we moved to Greenville last May. She also lost a grandparent a few years ago and still going through stages of grief. Things continued to get worse once she started school. She lost her appetite and wouldn’t eat much, she would cry almost every night before bed, she never wanted to go out in public, got extremely upset when traveling, eventually screaming and refusing to get out of the car to go to school. She was sad a lot, very negative outlook on everything.

In December, I found Beyond Limits after tirelessly searching for help for her. All therapists/counselors were booked up for months. So I entertained this very new to me method of therapy. After our consultation, Dr. Lagree explained what was going on and helped me understand why all these new behaviors are happening and we talked about a plan to get my happy, full of life, girl back.

Over the next few months of treatments, I started getting a glimpse of my sweet girl that I hadn’t seen in so long. She became sillier, more joyful, less nervous, more stable and secure.

And when we went through some bumpy patches, Juanita was there to walk us through each one. She became a friend, and someone my daughter grew very fond of. "Beyond Limits has been a game changing life saver for me. I have a history of cPTSD which I have previously done extensive EMDR for. I also have been going through an extremely tough time in life; my boyfriend and I lost everything 2 years ago and have had a tough time with our relationship as well as rebuilding.

When I came to BL I was a train wreck. EMDR was life changing for me but I wasn't ready for the new hell I was going through. I felt like I had slid back on the progress I had made in therapy and I even started smoking again.

Neurofeedback helped my get back to a stable place. After only 4-5 sessions I was able to regain control of my thoughts and could regulate my (sometimes extreme emotions). My boyfriend has not yet done the therapy but even just having one of us do it made an enormous difference in our relationship rebuild. I was previously unable to even finish a single page when trying to read and now in only a couple weeks I've been able to go back to college like I wanted to and making straight A's.

I've also been able to nearly quit smoking again. If we weren't experiencing such hard times this treatment would have had me off the ci******es entirely. But even at that I can still go 3-5 days without a smoke and then have only 1-2.

I'll be able to kick them the rest of the way on my own. I've been able to start my workout routine again which I was previously too distraught to do. I've done the gut treatment as well and I can't say enough about that. If you're on the fence about it just do it if you can. I got a huge rush of energy and feel goods. Also learned things about my health that would have been detrimental in a few years had I not began treating it now. And my skin looks brighter :).

Juanita and Dr. LaGreen are great! They are so caring and energetic. Poor Juanita had to listen to me cry about my problems a couple of times. She was such a good sport and so caring. You always know she's on your team. They loved getting to know and making a repport with my BF who will be getting treatment in a few months. If you're coming here for help with emotional problems I highly recommend having a therapist too and doing this in unison. This will help your brain but therapy teaches you how to process emotions and deal with life. If you don't have that you'll just end up falling back. When you invest in your health like this you really want to maintain it properly.

Oh yea, and people at work, who knew nothing about my treatment, told me what changes they've noticed in my work and vibes! My job has been a great source of angst for me and this treatment has helped me to have significantly less anxiety and stress at work and at home. I can't say enough!"
