Lemon tart. With all the dinners we have been doing, I am stepping up my sweets and dessert game. This is pretty fun, but this is way harder for me than just cooking. I have always been fascinated with what a pastry chef can do. I am really intrigued by old school pies and custards, and I love Italian sweets so that will be my focus.
