Service Tech - Level IV $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Full-Time | No Contract | Hourly | 7:30am - 5:00pm |Mon - Fri | 5 weeks on-call |
The best candidate for this position is expected to be proficient in the diagnosis and repair of commercial systems. In addition, they should have experience in installing or swapping out HVAC systems and providing maintenance on refrigeration systems. When necessary, the person hired for this position will provide support to other departments, specifically the install department.
Our technicians' day-to-day assignments, customer correspondence, part ordering and billing is done through a cloud-based software called ServiceTitan. Our operations are heavily dependent on our technician's ability to operate iPads, smart phones, and navigation systems. ServiceTitan has made a very user-friendly experience for technicians, working in the field. Having some experience with mobile point of sale systems like ServiceTitan and the use of smart devices is a plus.

Minimum Experience:

Overall HVAC experience 5 Years
Servicing commercial systems 5 Years
Refrigeration maintenance experience 2 Years

Mandatory Requirements:

Valid South Carolina driver's license
Clean driving record
Pass background check
Pass drug test

Commercial Lead Install Tech - Level III $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Full-Time | No Contract | Hourly | 7:30am - 5:00pm |Mon - Fri |

The best candidate for this position is expected to be proficient in the installation of commercial and residential systems. In addition, the preferred candidate will demonstrate a level of professionalism through positive communication and appearance and provide an exemplary level of service to our customers. Level III -Lead installers are expected to be self-reliant, mechanically inclined, and dependable in order to complete installations in a timely manner. Each lead installer will have an install helper who will be dependent on the lead tech's knowledge and leadership.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Customer Service Representative - Level I $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Full-Time | Hourly | 8:00 am - 5:00pm | Mon - Fri

The best candidate for this position likes speaking on the phone with customers and coordinating with HVAC technicians to meet each customer's needs. In addition, the preferred candidate will demonstrate a level of professionalism through positive communication and attitude and provide an exemplary level of service to our customers. Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are expected to be self-reliant, empathetic, and dependable.

This position requires answering incoming calls quickly and professionally, scheduling service repairs, replacement quotes and preventive maintenance visits while working closely with other team members to coordinate scheduling. CSRs will make outbound calls to customers to confirm scheduled appointments, follow up on recent appointments, resolve billing issues and schedule upcoming maintenance visits. In addition, CSRs will be asked to take on administrative projects and implement new procedures outside of the ones described above.
