Just finished a batch of both the Tuscan Tomato and Minestrone Genovese. BOTH ARE VEGETARIAN & VEGAN and Both are available at starting 9/17.

TUSCAN TOMATO - fresh tomatoes, basil, leeks, onions, garlic, vegetable stock, and thickened with baguettes from . Summertime in a bowl!

MINESTRONE ALLA GENOVESE -
This soup is chock-full of fresh vegetables, , beans and ditalini pasta. It has an incredible heartiness and consistency that will stick to your bones. Deep in flavor and extremely lip smacking!

ANOTHER sell out Saturday!! 😱 We cannot describe how incredible it has been to see SO many people coming through the markets. We know so many of you wanted fresh pasta this morning and for two weekends in a row we have sold out before 10 AM. As one of our friends said to us today “you’re gonna need a bigger boat”, and that cannot be more true. Your response to us has been overwhelming, and all we can say is THANK YOU!!!! Once again, we will be back next weekend with even MORE pasta and sauce. Grazie mille x1000 💛
