The fact that we were able to release the 300th patients on nurses' day is poetic. We are very proud of that,” said Clinical Manager, Tracy Davis.

We invite our brothers and sisters of all faiths to join our team in a global day of prayer and fasting for relief from the COVID-19 pandemic this Good Friday.
We truly have the best staff. Here they are forming an assembly line to make dozens of masks. These will be worn by our employees involved in non-direct resident care. It takes a village and we love ours.

🎵 More hallway karaoke 🎶
Where words fail, music speaks. ― Hans Christian Andersen
Thank you Alison Hughey for singing your heart out with our residents and for making hallway karaoke a new “thing”. We were one of the first nursing homes in South Carolina to isolate our residents in an abundance of caution for their health. Recent days have seemed long for some of us but this was a beautiful distraction.

Dear Friends and Family,
We are in search of activities for our sweet senior residents who are physically isolated from their families and from each other at this time. Their health is imperative to us physically but mentally as well as we uplift them with engaging activities.
If you have any of the following items, please consider donating them to our residents.
- Magazines
- Books
- Games
- Board Games
Donations may be dropped off at our front entrance (seen below). We are located at 661 Rutherford Road in Greenville. Thank you for your kindness!
❤️❤️❤️
Even though visitation is restricted at this time, staff suggested an alternative. Here, a resident’s granddaughter tells her grandfather that she’s engaged! Emotional and memorable, for sure!! Thank you Carly Boyd, for allowing us to capture this special moment!!

Coronavirus Update:
President Trump addressed the country this evening on national TV. In his remarks, he advised nursing homes for the elderly suspend all medically unnecessary visits.
These are short term precautions to save families in the long run.
Please help us spread the word and protect our residents, families, and staff. We continue to pray for everyone’s wellbeing.
- Greenville Post Acute Team
In light of recent events regarding the COVID-19 virus here in Greenville County, the facility will be implementing modified visiting hours from 0800-1700 (5pm), effective immediately.
Additionally, all visitors to the facility will be required to sign in at the front reception and undergo a basic screening questionnaire. ALL visitors and staff will be monitored for any signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
Information sheets, facility notification letters, along with CDC guidelines are all available in the front lobby.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused but hope you will understand our proactive intention to protect our residents, our staff, and our community from any further incidence.
We will continue to monitor this issue and update families and vendors upon any changes to the current Precautionary measures in place.
Respectfully,
Administration
