Home Inspection: ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ Once youโre under contract on a home youโd like to buy, getting an inspection is a key part of the process. It ensures the safety and condition of your potential new home, and it's key for negotiating any needed repairs.
Home Appraisal: ๐ฐ๐ While the inspection tells you about the current state of the house, an appraisal gives you its value. It determines the current market value of the home to make sure you're paying a fair price and protecting your investment.
