Home Inspection: 🕵️‍♂️🔍 Once you’re under contract on a home you’d like to buy, getting an inspection is a key part of the process. It ensures the safety and condition of your potential new home, and it's key for negotiating any needed repairs.

Home Appraisal: 💰🏠 While the inspection tells you about the current state of the house, an appraisal gives you its value. It determines the current market value of the home to make sure you're paying a fair price and protecting your investment. If there's a discrepancy between the appraisal and the contract price, your agent will help you navigate the negotiations to close the gap.

Both are crucial in the home buying process!
