Safety is always our priority at MD&A. We recently had the opportunity for all team members to participate in fire extinguisher training to refresh their skills in correct use of a fire extinguisher and when to use one. This training was provided to us at no cost by the City of Greenville's Fire Prevention Services. It was valuable time spent learning and preparing in the event of a fire.

MD&A held its Annual Chili Cookoff event for 2023 this week and our team enjoyed getting to try eight different chili creations for lunch. A panel of judges awarded 1st place to Michael Howe, 2nd place to Todd Grothaus and 3rd place to Tom Lawrence. The winners and participants received prizes donated by Carson's Nut-Bolt & Tool Co., Inc. This was a fun event our team looks forward to each year!🌶️

Employee recognition is important to us, and it is even greater to be recognized by your co-workers! On Tuesday this week, Michael Howe was recognized by his peers as MD&A's monthly "Shout-Out" winner for having a positive attitude in all things and for encouraging others he works with to have a good day! Our team appreciates Michael's work ethic and his concern for others. Work is a better place because of people like you on our team!
