This process was a learning experience for both of us. I learned that the realtor and client are actually looking through two different lenses and it can be so hard to find a median. I recommend that all Home Buyers understand that buying a home is a process and it can be very stressful at times but relying on your Realtor can minimize this feeling of emotion. Also, it’s important to understand that 90% of homes aren’t going to have everything you want unless you are building.
I’m here to tell all my clients and prospective clients to trust the process you will find the home for you.
