Hey Everyone! My name is Nicole Iserman, I own Eden Fresh Gourmet Mushrooms.

Thanks to for the New Vendor feature which brought lots of you to our page.

Excited is an understatement. We are looking forward to our first official market season here in GVL. Make sure you swing by and say hello and grab some of the best mushrooms you’ve ever tried! Who knew there was such a wide variety outside of white button mushrooms from the grocery store. I’d love to chat with you about what we grow and what you can make with them at home. Quite the harvest on this gloomy, rainy morning. Some beefy blues and lots of Black Pearl Oyster’s.

From Tent to Market we go! This gorgeous flush of blues are coming with me tomorrow. 2.5 lbs of these lovelies. Stop by and see me tomorrow from 8-12.

Production Day! Soy pellets, hardwood pellets and water are added to our bags to create our substrate. Now we fold it up and load it in the atmospheric steamer.

Today was a whirlwind at , literally and figuratively. I wasn’t even able to take a before picture. So here is the after whirlwind, right before selling out. See you guys back on opening day on April 2nd!

We grow in temperature controlled tents but man, does the weather still effect growth. What would normally take a few weeks has taken over a month to produce. These lions mane are slow rolling. I was hoping to have them for market but the recent cold snap has slowed us down considerably. Oh well, we learn and continue on! These will be ready for the first April market

Grow room shenanigans! These combstooth are massive. Way bigger than my hand. We haven’t had any for winter so I’m excited to bring them back out. Come down and check me out at the this Saturday from 11-2 pm.

We are so grateful for all the support and it’s patrons have showed us for our first market season at Hub City. You showed us so much love and continued to do so every Saturday. Thank you! So many of you became our regulars and that was just such a fun feeling to experience as a business owner. So seriously, thank you!

We look forward to returning for the Winter Market season every 3rd Saturday for January-March. If you need something before then we will be at the markets on Saturday mornings from 11 am- 2 pm in Greenville, starting Dec 18th.
