RESCHEDULED UPICK We are SO SORRY for having to cancel tonight. An insane storm with lighting and hail changed course and started started raining on us and then ended up dipping 10 miles south in the blink of an eye. Thats just how summer storms go around here! We still want to have you out for tomato sandwiches though so we are RESCHEDULING FOR FRIDAY JULY, 12th!!!

Around the farm lately… We’ve been working heavy on flipping our crops from spring to fall plantings the past couple of weeks before the mid summer heat sets in for good. Trimming tomatoes, harvesting squash, and tending to our summer annual flowers are our weekly chores among other things. The work never stops this time of year.

It’s the best feeling having a team you trust to give you their all even when you’re gone for the whole week. As a farmer, this is a big deal! We haven’t taken a vacation from the farm in a little over two years, but this past week we were able to get away and spend time with family at the beach, all while leaving the farm in the more than capable hands of our team.

We can’t thank them enough for all the work they put in while we were away, and what they do for us every week. Everything at the market today was harvested and arranged 100% by them! And they killed it with the booth setup. Thank you so much and .m.walters we love you guys!

What a market! Besides some majorly unlucky hiccups at the start of this season, this has truly been our best spring yet! We brought the heat to the market for Mother’s Day and only wish we could’ve grown and brought more. Hey, there’s always next year right? 😉

Eli said last night that Mother’s Day is our Black Friday and that could not be more true. Our crew worked their butts off this week to make sure we had plenty of bouquets and veggies for you all! We are so very thankful, now it’s time to rest.

GOOD MORNING GREENVILLE! We’ve got loads and loads of fresh flowers and veggies ready for you this morning at the and in case you forgot… Mother’s Day is TOMORROW! There’s never been a better opportunity to show mom you love her and support local growers with the freshest flowers. We have bouquets and vase arrangements ready to go! As well as lots of onions, kohlrabi, and salad mix if she isn’t into flowers 😉

It’s a sad day when someone vandalizes your farm. Yesterday evening after we left the farm, someone decided to purposefully drive through our field and take out a big swath of our cut flowers in our U-Pick field. Luckily they are not a very good criminal and likely did more damage to their car by plowing down a 6ft t-post than they did our field. Everything is being resolved with them currently so no searching for or blasting about them is necessary please 🙏🏼

The biggest area of damage was to our snapdragons and their support netting / posts. I think many of these plants may recover but we’ve got some cleaning up and assessing to do. We were planning on having many of these blooms next weekend for Mother’s Day and for our Mother’s Day u-pick but we are not sure if we will be able to move forward with that at the moment. Please keep an eye out if we do decide to host our next u-pick next Friday.

The biggest way you can help us recover from this is by visiting us at the in the morning tomorrow! We will be there from 8-12pm or until sell out. We have some gorgeous bouquets ready for you as well as fresh spring veggies like salad mix, onions, scallions, and kholrabi!

It’s gloomy out but rain free and our flowers are bright and cherry! We hope to see you out at the upick tonight!

Also, I don’t know how we did it but we grew the most sensational and unreal crop of columbine. And yes I try to spend every waking moment standing here looking at it.

Sometimes a rainy day makes you more productive - like getting all of the summer U-Pick planted! This year, we’ll have three blocks in rotation for three full seasons of U-Picking, both public on every other Friday starting April 26th, or private just for you and your crew booked through our website in bio.

Ranunculus are here!! We have been harvesting buckets and buckets every day for the past week. We aren’t mad about it, just a little bit crazy for planting so many. Here are some favorite blooms from this week!

We will be listing ranunculus mixed bunches on our website for preorder to pickup this Friday - Sunday at the farm! Keep an eye out on socials and join our email list to be the first to get the link!

Poppies!!!! Who doesn’t love em. Their bright, papery blooms bring so much joy to spring time. If you’ve ever seen poppies before they pop you’ll better understand the name. These giant flowers emerge (not very gracefully) from little furry balls! Take a swipe to see what they look like growing in the field.
