She's great with people and loves the attention but needs to be an only dog (no cats). Annie has been around a few older kids and did great! When their humans get called home.. they need our help to find comfort during their pain. This precious boy was adopted from us 4 years ago .. he has been the perfect little man to “Gran”. He loved her very much and took his job seriously. Now, he’s lost without her ❤️Buddy is about 5 years old. He’s UTD and neutered. He enjoys his days in the sun, protecting his property and humans. He was very loyal to Gran as you can see in his pictures. 🥹 Although he’d spend most of his time exploring her pastures and checking on the cows, he always stopped in to check on Gran.He would come inside for a brief treat before heading back out. He’s been around children and he is shy at first but has always been friendly. He is a great guard dog and would hear anyone from anywhere arrive at Grans and would be up to check.He is afraid of storms. He would go under the screen porch or ask to come inside during them. Gran had medicine to help calm him from the vet.This boy needs our help. 🐾 Meet Teddy and Dabo 🩵 They came from a family that could no longer care for them. They were one gigantic matt and could hardly see when we took them in. 🙈 Sadly they had to be shaved completely, but that didn’t hinder their spirits. 🩵🐾 They’re thriving in foster care, where they’re getting loads of attention and treats. Teddy is almost 8, Dabo is almost 4. They’re both Cockapoo’s, and are from the same breeder. Teddy is adventurous and playful, very go with the flow and chill. Dabo is a Covid puppy so he wasn’t socialized as well as Teddy, and is definitely bonded to Teddy. Dabo is initially timid with new surroundings, people, and dogs, but has warmed wonderfully with time. 🐶 He does prefer dogs his own size, big dogs he’s unsure of and will nip. Both LOVE to rough house with each other and with their humans, and they do give the puppy nibbles when playing so ideally no small children. Both are potty trained, crate trained, and do fantastic on the leash and car rides. ❣️ Valentines Day may be over, but this beauty isn’t giving up on finding a lap to cuddle in 🥰🐾 Her story began when she walked right up to the foster mom’s house wagging her tail happy as can be, but weighed only 19 pounds. Covered in feces, dirt and grime. Her nails were basically embedded into her paw pads 😭 The neglect was brutal. Shortly after, she collapsed and slept for days. But miraculously, with an incredible vet and super loving fosters.. SHE MADE IT!! Hedwig now weighs 47 pounds and has a clean bill of health! I swear her little tail never stops wagging 🐾🥹 She Loves to give kisses non stop, cuddle and play with toys(but not squeaky toys! They scare her and she hides from them). When properly introduced she gets along great with all dogs and kitties. Shes house and crate trained and learns basic commands quickly like sit & speak! 🎉 Hedwig needs a calm/ patient owner, since she has experienced a lot of trauma. When it comes to fight, flight or freeze- she freezes and will roll over. You can see many scars on her neck from her previous life. This girl deserves ALL the love in the world. She was broken 🥺 Fast forward through time with AMAZING fosters… Dobby now weighs 46 pounds! She’s healthy and a BUNDLE OF JOY 🥰❣️ She’s up for almost anything! The heart of a rescue pup 🥹 You’ve never known love, until you’ve seen how much a dog saved from abuse will love the people that save them. The people that show them it’s safe. Forrest is a Very good natured dog and as you can see walks well on a leash. Little Waggy WREN 🐾💗 Wren is an 18 month old female Dachshund mix. She weighs 19 lbs. She has been living in her foster home since late November with 3 other dogs. She loves to play with all of them! She absolutely adores other dogs, and is a lap-dog cuddler and overall very affectionate. She’s the first to launch herself into any available lap.  🥰🐾 She has not been cat tested but she’s great with children. Wren is mostly housebroken, though occasionally mistakes rugs for grass. She is fully puppy-pad trained, and to help her along, she wears diapers occasionally inside.   Wren has no separation anxiety. She waits patiently with the other dogs when the human is away. Wren sleeps in the human bed along with the other dogs. She is a very confident and adventurous girl; nothing seems to startle or frighten her. She readily explores new places and enjoys walks around the neighborhood. Shes learning to walk on the leash without pulling when getting excited.
