If you're vacationing in Myrtle Beach this summer, be sure to check out the Coastal North shopping center.

This multi-year, multi-phase project was developed by RealtyLink, LLC with architectural services provided by COR3 Design, LLC. The shopping center is located in a high-wind, hurricane-prone region and provided a challenging design opportunity. We coordinated with multiple tenant requirements to comply with individual specifications.

Fun fact, we also designed the entry sign which is more than 60 ft. tall!

Our team recently worked with McMillan Pazdan Smith (MPS), Burdette Engineering, and Leblanc Welch to design and build the newest cabin at YMCA Camp Greenville!

This 12-bed cabin will house students for summer camp and other fun events throughout the year. The new cabin is dedicated to the late Charlie Johnson, and we're honored to have been a part of this project to serve the youth in our area!

HeyDay opened last month and offers a fun environment to enjoy a bite, sip on something refreshing, and relax with friends.

What are you doing to soak up the sun this summer?

We're proud to have collaborated with local architecture firm Craig Gaulden Davis and urban planners MKSK on the plans for revitalizing the Wyche Pavilion as part of the 2030 Vision Plan for Peace Center! Improvements will include interior and exterior illumination, ceiling fans and heaters, accessible pathways, and lush landscaping.

We love being a part of the beautification of this Greenville landmark for our community to enjoy!

We enjoyed working with Craig Gaulden Davis and Harper Corporation to restore the architectural icon of Neville Hall at Presbyterian College to its original splendor! The building is a domed, Georgian Revival style structure and serves as an important focal point for the historical liberal arts campus. New features included the re-opening of the floor in the entry rotunda and the addition of classroom and admin spaces in the rear expansion.

This multi-million dollar revitalization project in downtown Greer is unique because it focuses on community-centered design and maintaining the City’s historic charm. We were brought in to collaborate on the parking facility with more than 500-spots located on Depot Street. It's great to see the economic growth and prosperity that this project is bringing to this community!

In March we had the privilege of mentoring students from the Glenn Department of Civil Engineering Clemson University. We spent time with students, focusing on building interview skills in Lowry Hall. We can't wait to see what is in store for these bright young engineering students!

to our partnership with Rebuild Upstate last fall. We are honored to be named a Nuts & Bolts Award Winner for April!

Our team had a great experience last year building a ramp for a Greenville resident who has a long-standing knee injury and will allow him to age in place as his mobility changes.

Rebuild Upstate exists to repair the homes of our low-income neighbors, preserving affordable housing in our communities by making houses safer, healthier, and more livable. We're proud of our work on this project and look forward to the next time we get to work with this incredible organization!

Check out this project we collaborated on with COR3 Design, LLC!

We're proud to introduce the new state-of-the-art complex at the Darlington County Humane Society, which features enclosed medical care and adoption services buildings, along with a partially open animal shelter complete with a cozy courtyard. We loved contributing to this project alongside McMillan Pazdan Smith! The updated shelter offers protection from the elements, while a trellised roof structure over the courtyard provides a sunny spot for our furry friends to enjoy recess!

Last week we enjoyed a round of putt putt at Mini Golf.🏌️‍♀️⛳ A fun yearly tradition around the Masters, our team enjoyed the beautiful spring weather outside of the office!
