How do you cook your Brussel Sprouts? Below is a great recipe to try! 🍽
If you don't have time to roast them, clean, cut them in half, throw them in a skillet in a single layer, and brown them (around medium or a little less) on both sides in a little olive or other oil.
Add veggie or chicken stock to cover sprouts about halfway. Add a little salt or whatever spices you like and quickly bring to a boil. Let boil gently until they're as tender as you like, about 15-20 minutes depending on size. The broth mostly cooks away.

We are proud to be offering fresh sourdough bread from Great Harvest Bread Company. 🥖 🍞
They are a small artisan bakery that creates a unique and varied selection of delicious, honest bread and old-fashioned goodies that reflect the soul, style, and patience of the baker. Everything is done by hand, in a traditional method reminiscent of an age when village bakeries existed on Main Street. That is why we love supporting this local bakery!
Their bread is 100% whole grain flour freshly milled in-house daily! It is also chemical-free, and non-GMO.

Fresh basil will keep well if the stems are immersed in water and stored out of sunlight. Be sure not to rinse the leaves before storing them because water can sometimes darken them.

Have you ever wondered how to eat a pineapple without a knife? 🍍
You may know this, but this method is called “Peeling.” There are three main steps to peeing your pineapple without a knife.
1. You first want to roll it on a hard sturdy table. Apply pressure evenly until you feel a slight bow.
2. After step 1, you will then need to remove the crown. The crown is the top of the pineapple. You can cheat here and use a small knife, or you can use your fingers. You can do this by digging your fingers around the top of the pineapple.
3. Your final step is the easy one. You will peel the fruitlets around in a spiral pattern.
We hope this tip helps with your pineapples in the future! 😋
