Buyers passed their Perc test this morning! So exciting!!! ❤ DHEC is very behind on Perc test but with the help of a phenomenal DHEC licensed Septic company we were able to get the process expedited. This process usually takes on the average 60 days. We were able to achieve in a little over a week of going under contract. Another super important reason to have a Realtor in your corner to represent you. ❤ Happy Friday!!!
