Two TD Saturday Markets Left!
As October comes to a close, we have all the mixed feelings a family of pasta folks could ever ask for. We are going to miss seeing your friendly faces every Saturday morning but, also, we are thrilled to roll out some fun, fall specials to make sure the season ends with a bang! Come on out this Saturday (10/19) and next (10/26) so we can close out the 2024 TD Saturday Market season with all of you!
Speaking of Specials...
It would not be fall if we were not feasting on one of our favorite specials - Sweet Potato, Bacon, & Bourbon Ravioli! Local sweet potatoes and Spotted Trotter bacon procured from Swamp Rabbit Café & Grocery make for the perfect fall bite that pairs well with this fresh nip in the air. Seafood lovers can rejoice in our latest Seafood Ravioli with jumbo lumb crab, wild caught East Coast shrimp, and scallops for a luxurious bite ideal for any occassion. Vegans and non-vegans alike can also rejoice in the return of our Vegan Roasted Chickpea Ravioli, a fan favorite that quite a few of you have been asking for! Finally, since it is a cooler, cozy, comfort food kind of week, we will have our Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce back in stock, along with a Seafood Cream Sauce that would be great on a certain ravioli special or just about anything else you might think of!

You can call or order online and pick up directly from us! All we ask is that you give us a days notice so we can bring the items to our shop from our offsite location.

We had a ton of fun with a loaded local inspired special this week with a brand new Lamb Pizza Ravioli! Grimshaw Farms lamb is accompanied by JBo Ranch tomatoes, Forx Farm parmesan, and Tyger River Smart Farms basil for the ultimate bite of pizza in a hand-rolled ravioli. This is a super fun special that we just cannot get enough of!
