We had a ton of fun with a loaded local inspired special this week with a brand new Lamb Pizza Ravioli! Grimshaw Farms lamb is accompanied by JBo Ranch tomatoes, Forx Farm parmesan, and Tyger River Smart Farms basil for the ultimate bite of pizza in a hand-rolled ravioli. This is a super fun special that we just cannot get enough of!

The best part of the TD Saturday Market - besides seeing YOU, of course - is the connection it allows us with some of our favorite farmers. Our friends at Forx Farm make some of the best gouda in the world and it is absolutely delightful in this week's batch of Lamb & Gouda Ravioli (https://www.nakedpastasc.com/product/lamb-gouda-ravioli/69?cp=true&sa=false&sbp=false&q=false&category_id=3) (thanks for the lamb, Grimshaw Farms!). With new wine bar and a restaurant in the works, Greenville pasta maker has big growth plans Naked Pasta, Greenville's original gourmet pasta company, is growing into next phase with a new wine bar and market, and eventually a full-service restaurant.

Once the dust settles on the TD Saturday Market, we often like to feast on whatever specials you were kind enough to leave us with. We admit that this is an entirely selfish activity but sometimes we like to try to do better. That said, there are just a few boxes each of our Lobster Ravioli, Smoked Cheese & Roasted Garlic Tortellini, and Spicy Cheese & Microgreens Agnolotti. We are happy to eat them to make room for this week's specials (stay tuned!) but we just might share if you want to shop online or give us a call to set one aside. The proverbial clock is ticking whilst the literal water is boiling so act fast before we gobble these up ourselves...
