Superintendent Sam Arnold watches over construction at Greenville Tech's new Center for Health and Life Sciences Friday, February 2, 2024, in Greenville SC.
The three-story, 125,000 square foot building will serve as a hub at the heart of campus, impacting 90 percent of Greenville Technical College students, welcoming 150,000 visitors annually, and serving all of the 500-600 health science graduates that the college contributes to the local workforce each year.

Harper General Contractors did an amazing job at Abner Creek Middle School. The construction was beautiful.
This was a blend of drone photos to show the overall context that the school was within, and then basic property photos for marketing. I always love making artistic photos out of some of the repeating patterns and the great architecture within this middle school.

Loved this marketing shoot with Hogan Construction Group, LLC - most of the day I followed a Project Manager as he led a Trade Partner through the site.
I loved all the patterns and steel work on this site

This experience was incredible. I’ve shot some MMA before but never classic boxing.
This boxing photoshoot for Swiftwick Socks at Boxing at the Depot was like stepping back in time. The vintage feel at this boxing facility was a vibe, and this boxer was a beast 💪🏼

Congrats to Karina and her team on the opening of ! This was an incredible class that she led to kick things off over at Wellness at the Hill. I wish I could describe the atmosphere of this class - it was an amazing experience. I am excited for all they are going to do!

Is there a better way to start the year than by shooting Run-GSP 's Champagne 5k? This event is always SO good; never dull, and is always a solid start to the year for participants. I am always able to get some great photos because everyone is having so much fun 📸

In his book "Embrace The Suck," author Stephen Madden says of pull-ups: "when you're hanging from a pull-up bar, trying to get one more rep, you will feel every Dorito and pint of Sam Adams you ever consumed." 😆

Two years ago, I could only have dreamed of having my photography in GroundBreak Carolinas. I had been introduced to their work through the amazing Dan Polstra and Joan Krause, and I viewed anyone featured in that publication as "the true big dogs." 📬

As recently as a year ago, I could only have dreamed of having a colleague working alongside me in B. Knox Photography. The business was growing such that I was having trouble keeping up with sales duties. I journaled that my "dream business life" would involve having someone to help me pursue sales leads, conduct discovery calls, and make exciting jobs appear on my calendar. 💡
When Becky came on board about a year ago and then showed the ability to expand her duties massively, she stepped right into the role that I had journaled about.
Then, this week, Becky wrote a very powerful article for GroundBreak Carolinas that describes how we try to bring dignity to those doing hard work. The article was featured and several of our favorite photos of hard working tradespeople were shared. 📸
