You must have an outgoing personality suitable to a sales position, excellent attention to detail, be prepared for a moderately physically demanding job, and excitement for our product. (If you don't love the idea of being surrounded by beautiful flowers every day, this is not the job for you.)
* This position includes road sales with a mobile flower shop and involves a lot of driving.
* Talent for visual merchandising is a plus!
* Previous experience in the industry is a plus but not required.
* Lots of opportunity for growth with a quickly expanding business, the most awesome team in the upstate, in a highly desirable industry.

These 🦋 ranunculus are absolutely perfect and fluttered in just in time for prom...

PT.4 They call these "cookie sheets" that the boxes sit on to get tooled from the plane. The netting is strapped down very tight & secure. The cookie sheets of flowers then ride on these conveyer rollers to the spring loaded docks where they are loaded one box at a time. Maybe some of these made their way to Greenville!

PT.3 We have heard lately about cargo fighting for space to get on the planes. This shows how AMAZING packers they are! They take advantage of EVERY SQUARE INCH so much that the boxes come off the plane in the shape of the plane itself! This is the shape of Boeing 747. ✈️👀 To say we're impressed is an understatement!

Our first stop Sat was to the airport terminal 🛬 where the flowers come off the plane! We had to have an agent from the USDA es**rt us (exciting!) because this is US Customs territory. This is also where customs inspects the boxes for 🐜bugs🐛 and decides whether the whole shipment from a particular farm needs to be fumigated or not. One advantage we have over some suppliers is our logistics company (handler) is the only one actually in the airport! This gives us a 12-15 hour head start on sorting so the trucking company can pick up our boxes and head to South Carolina. By far our favorite stop of the trip!!!

First stop of the day with our refrigerated trucking company was SUPER productive!

Miami bound! We're going the extra mile (728 to be exact) to ensure product freshness & availability. With mother's day quickly approaching, we decided it was crucial to get some face time in with our supply chain. We plan to spend the weekend collaborating with our suppliers on assessing quality control efforts, including: transportation & logistics, product handling, temp control, and ensuring cold chain is never broken.
