For those of you inboxing 📧 me about the Inquiry removal guide 📃, I’m going to post this here.

When it comes to inquiries we have hard and soft inquiries. Hard inquiries will affect your credit score. Soft inquiries does not.

Having too many hard inquiries (more than 3 or 4) will also make you look desperate 😩 for credit. Because the lender starts asking why the previous lenders didn’t approve you 🤔.

You NEVER 🚫 want to dispute hard inquiries associated with an open account/positive account. This can cause your account to be closed and you could lose the positive reporting for this account.

You should only dispute inquiries that are not associated with an open account.

Having to many hard inquiries can drop your FICO scores 30-50 points. Therefore having them removed will INCREASE your FICO score(s).

The 24-Hour inquiry removal guide provides the exact script you will use to have these inquiries removed.

You can also mail the inquiry removal letter in to the credit bureaus.

Either way, executing the steps is what’s going to help you get them removed.

🗣️ The top 2 questions I always get asked about buying a home is :

1. What does my credit score need to be?

2. How much is the downpayment?

You can get approved for a home with a 580 credit score, but what is on your credit report and what is your debt-to-income ratio? It is more factors involved than your credit score.

Your downpayment depends on the loan type you get. USDA and VA are no money down.
FHA and Conventional anywhere from 3%-20%.

Other factors you need to think about are earnest money deposit, home inspection, appraisal, and closing costs which will also be needed.
