Wild Abandon Kitchen
Love and cook with wild abandon. Personal chef services with weekly menus and meal delivery to make dinner time delicious and stress free.
Slow cooked, simmered all day kind of flavor, ready to heat and serve on a weeknight. That’s what’s for dinner for my clients this week!
Coq Au Vin
Red Beans and Rice
Cauliflower Chickpea Curry
Meatballs with Marinara
How can I help you get dinner on the table?
Mom made quiche often growing up. It was as effortless as her pies and I consider it such a comfort food now. It’s a favorite every time it’s offered on my weekly meals too. This week it’s broccoli, leek, carrot, gruyere, and cheddar.
Happy Easter from my table to yours!
You can make it a party any time of day. Brunch birthday with shopping and mimosas? Yes please. This client ordered mini versions of my fan-favorite sweet potato biscuits and cream cheese almond danish. Add in some pimento cheese deviled eggs and fresh fruit with honey lemon glaze. Let’s party! 💛🥂💛
Want to make me do a happy dance on a rainy Wednesday?!? This is the lifeline for small business owners. Kind words are fuel to keep me working. They reignite my passion. And make it a little easier to push through the challenges of the food service industry in these weird and wild times.
First menu of the new year!
Christmas morning breakfast: hashbrown bacon and egg casserole, brioche coffee cake, and fruit with Christmas in a Cup cocktail.
Holiday menu continues with Christmas Eve dinner!
Delicious start to the holiday weekend! Now how else can I use that tomato jam other than just eating it with a spoon 🤣😍🍅
Here’s my personal menu for the next two days. Find me in the kitchen with a smile on my face as I cook for myself and my family. You know you’re doing what you love when you excitedly plan to do more of it on your days off!!!
Today calls for some color on the plate after what feels like day eleventy hundred and four of gray skies and rain. Fried pork chop schnitzel with sweet and sour cabbage and spatzle!
💛💜💛
Tis the 🎉party🎉 season!
Those nostalgic smells and tastes of the season are filling the kitchen!
Not me making cinnamon rolls for the first time ever. We did a birthday brunch for Delaney last weekend and she requested homemade cinnamon rolls with a confident, “Mom of course you can make them.”
No tricks. All treats.
