THIS RANT IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY ELECTRONICS STINK!
So I went to the beach last week one of the worse weeks ever in real estate. However sweet time with the family. Then my hard drive while I am on vacation.... then I ordered by recovery disk from carbonite...... this to find out my hard drive heads failed then the company in Atlanta stated we're sorry but your the hard drive is Helium sealed so can't get to failed heads to changed them. That was a hard pill to swallow since EVRYTHING IS ON MY EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE, because typical laptops can't handle 8 tb of VALUABLE information. Of course I had already contacted carbonite to get a courier hard drive sent to me with my information. By the way they don't work weekend! So Monday they sent me the drive arrived today THEN it arrived today. BUT wait - my external hard drive information isn't on there they don't see it on the system WHAT!!!!!! So now ALL of my personal information to include Real Estate files, my photos, my moms files, Quickbooks, you name ALL GONE! I am sick to my stomach. I pray there is a ray of hope that carbonite will be able to send me something, I have been elevated to Tier 3. SICK SICK SICK to my stomach.......
