SC Restaurant Week 2024 kicks off with new dishes, participating restaurants South Carolina Restaurant Week is an 11 day opportunity to try new restaurants often at a discounted price throughout the state.

We are open Sunday January 21, 2024 for dinner from 4pm until 9pm. Please support us in celebrating the last day of Restaurant week. Reservations aren't necessary, but recommended. Late night hours
Friday and Saturday 9pm - 4am

Tortilla Española, also known as Spanish omelet or Spanish tortilla, is a classic and iconic dish from Spain. It is a simple yet delicious dish made primarily from eggs, potatoes, onions, and olive oil.

The preparation of Tortilla Española involves thinly sliced potatoes and onions that are gently sautéed in olive oil until they become tender and slightly golden. Then, these cooked potatoes and onions are combined with beaten eggs and seasoned with salt. The mixture is then cooked slowly in a frying pan until the eggs set and the bottom is golden brown.

Once the bottom is cooked, the tricky part comes - flipping the tortilla. This process requires some skill and practice to master.

Tortilla Española is typically served in wedges as a tapa (appetizer), and it can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.

Prepared with time-honored techniques, our Paella de Mariscos is a labor of love. Way back in the rural coastal region of Valencia, Spain farmers would cook this dish over open fire as a lunch-time dish with whatever ingredients were on hand. Our Paella de Mariscos is made of saffron-seasoned rice slow cooked with assorted fresh seafood such as mussels, clams, plump scallops, and flavorful shrimp. Each bite delivers a burst of oceanic delight. To pair with this dish our Gaintza Txakolina white wine, dry and zesty this is a tasty wine for the warmer months.
