Welcome, Alair Asheville! 🙌 We are so proud to welcome Brandon Bryant and his team at Red Tree Builders into our network, expanding Alair to the western region of North Carolina.

Bryant, founder of Red Tree Builders, is a Master Certified Green Professional Builder (MasterCGP), and has garnered national recognition for championing mental health and wellness in the construction industry. On top of that, Bryant and his team are award-winning builders who are known for their commitment to innovation and eco-inspired construction.

Brandon Bryant’s thoughts on joining Alair: “Partnering with Alair Homes provides Red Tree Builders access to a vast network of resources, enabling us to amplify our impact and uphold our ‘rebel luxury’ ethos in home construction. Alair Asheville celebrated the official launch at the Radical in Asheville, featuring Rebel Luxe Art and local Asheville artistry. The event supported All Souls Counseling Center (), an organization providing quality mental health services and support to individuals and families in the region. The event raised more than $13,000 to the organization, showcasing Alair Asheville’s commitment to community welfare and support (and marking its first contribution to the Alair Cares program)!

Take a look at this fully remodeled/remastered 7,000 square foot two-story home by Alair Old Naples | !

With added balconies both front and back, and extended rear lanai, this remodel maximized the amazing views of the Gordon River.

The family wanted to modernize and expand the home, as well as totally transform the outdoor living space with a new location and pool to overlooking the Gordon River.

The original house was extensively demolished and reconstructed by Alair’s exceptional team of craftsmen and artisans. Well done, Alair Old Naples!

In November, we challenged our Alair offices to commit to 100 ACTS OF LIVING BETTER over the following year. We’ve united to tackle food insecurity, a pressing issue that affects millions of people across the U.S. and Canada.

Today, on World Hunger Day, we’re excited to share that Alair has raised over $40,000 and donated more than 140 hours so far to organizations dedicated to combating food insecurity.

We’re only halfway through our year-long commitment to 100 ACTS OF LIVING BETTER, but we’re excited to help our communities start living better.

This large renovation included a complete redo of the guest bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, wet bar, primary bathroom, and upstairs bedrooms. New white oak wood flooring was installed throughout the home. The kitchen features classic inset cabinetry with gorgeous quartzite countertops. The mixed white and stained wood cabinetry is a modern classic, while new tile helps to update the spaces and makes this whole home renovation suitable for the young family it houses.
