Worst call of the year.

Ejected Bochy 'dumbfounded' by overturned call The White Sox's go-ahead run Tuesday night came on an overturned play at home, when Rangers catcher Jonah Heim was ruled to have blocked the plate illegally. An ejected Bruce Bochy called it "absolutely one of the worst calls I've ever seen."

Dear Friends,

I have just learned that my opponent has put on social media that he is withdrawing from the election for Water Commissioner.

While there is still some paperwork that he needs to submit, I am going to suspend my fundraising efforts, and would ask that you hold off on making any further donations. Once I do receive confirmation, I will issue a public statement.

Meanwhile, I want to express deep gratitude for the overwhelming support you have given me and my family. It has been very humbling, and it inspires me to deeper commitment to serve the community I love so much.

Gratefully,

Phillip Kilgore

Dear Friends:

After careful consideration, I have decided to run for reelection to the Greenville Water Commission in 2023.

My philosophy during my service on the Commission has been very simple and is based on what I think members of our community expect. As your Water Commissioner, my decisions have been guided by a core mission in three simple parts: (1) an ample supply of high quality water at reasonable rates; (2) protection of our watersheds; and (3) guarding our access to water resources. If reelected, these will remain my guiding principles.

Over the past five years, we have accomplished a great deal. In addition to delivering on our core mission, we have done so without raising rates over the past six years while maintaining a coveted AAA rating from all three bond rating agencies, one of only a very few water systems in the nation, for the past 13 years.

At this time, I do not know if I have an opponent. If I do, I hope you will consider supporting me.

One of the true privileges of my life has been serving the community on the Greenville Water Commission. Please feel free to contact me at any time if you have any questions or concerns about issues related to the Greenville Water System.

Sincerely

Phillip
