This is my daughter’s 2yr old scar. We were attacked by a Rottweiler. She was resistant to anesthesia and felt every stitch and removal that she didn’t want to go thru reconstructive surgery or microneedle as the surgeon suggested.
Instead, the doctor then allowed me to perform microchannel treatment after waiting at least a year from the injury.

What’s the difference between microneedling vs microchannel?🧐

Look how uneven and deep those punctures are from left & right pictures. They’re deeper & bigger. I cringe everytime I see someone drag and glide needles across the face 🫣🥴
