Atlanta ... Fall Minis are being announced this Thursday.
Fall is one of my favorite times of year as I so enjoy catching up with all of you.

Not photography related, but film related.

My husband, Rick, and son, Colton, made a movie! But like a real, beautiful, well directed, pull at your heartstrings type movie. Our family loves art. 🙂

Rick wrote and directed the movie and Colton was the lead actor. It’s a short film and 5 minutes. It was filmed in February so we’ve been waiting forever to share with you.

12 scripts were selected from NC Tourism to tell their NC Story. Rick’s is called “A Homecoming” and was written about his part with releasing wild elk back into the Appalachian Mountains.

I disappeared. But I'm still working.
I'm sorry.

Those who know me know our oldest daughter is from Ukraine. And we've been volunteering with non-profits in Ukraine for the last 10-years. Which means, Ukraine holds a big part of our hearts. There are so many people we love there. Some are still there. Some are now fighting. And some have fled.

So I've been pre-occupied helping in ways we know how. And some days, honestly, just crying and sad. Which is why this session was really special for all of us (my daughter was also there helping with hair and makeup).

So pardon my disappearance. I'm in the middle of what I call "Senior Season." If you haven't booked a session, message me (I'm so much faster on messenger or text).

And I'm sorry for slow responses. I'm getting back to me. :) Thanks for understanding.
