Day 2: We have seen it all from incompatible greases to way l**e oils being put into low viscosity spindle systems. Be sure to check your machinery for the proper recommended lubricants for each of its lubrication pumps as well as manually lubricated points.

This blow molding machine was updated from its original progressive system over to a more precise PDI system using our HMI and EGM50th pump, and ties in the overhead piece removal system as well for simplified maintenance. A packaging company located in the southeast has been running a Bendazzoli NBB233 since 2002. At some point in its life all seven original lubrication systems (one per cabinet) failed, causing costly downtime and damage to the planetary, bull, and constant mesh gears. L**e USA was contacted and as of today, we have designed and installed three of the seven systems (with the remaining four to be installed soon).
Within the first day of the retrofit the customer was already seeing and hearing positive results!!
