It’s wedding weekend for Peyton and Walker! Here’s a look back at their engagement session in early spring where we happened to find my FAVORITE tree in bloom. The blooms only last about a week so I had to get ALL the angles! 😍 Can’t wait to celebrate these two tomorrow!

I have never seen experienced a more beautiful day on top of Glassy Mountain. Rain, fog, and bright high sun can all hinder photography there, but on Jenna and John’s wedding day we had slightly overcast blue skies that worked in our favor! It was truly perfect! Hooray for Friday! It’s my last weekend fully “off” until end of June! I’ll be making the most of this time but I’m also so excited for all the weddings to come this season. Fun facts: Caroline got ready in her childhood home. They painted their sunroom white the week before the wedding because it would be better for photos! 🤩

Spartanburg Country Club Wedding | Maggie & Will Take a look at some of my favorites from this rainy Spartanburg Country Club wedding and Central Methodist Church ceremony.

Christina has been such a sweet bride to work with this year! She told me that she's dreamed of her wedding day since she was a little girl and feels she has to pinch herself that it's actually happening now! Her joy and excitement are contagious, and it's easy to see why Chris loves her so much.

We took their Furman engagement portraits earlier this summer when the weather was much warmer, but that didn't stop them from smiling the entire time. It's truly a pleasure to photograph couples like this! Their November wedding will be here before we know it, and I can't wait to have them in front of my camera again. Christina and Chris, thank you for trusting me to make your photos dreams come true! ❤️

Julie and Troy have got to be my most chill and laidback couple this year, maybe in several years! They had absolutely no stress and just wanted to enjoy their day with friends and family. It was beautiful! I started the day with Julie at Troy's parents' house where the girls got ready. Then, since it was an early Catholic service, we went straight to the church to start the ceremony. Their small wedding party consisted of just their siblings, so they decided to stick with only family photos after the ceremony rather than a ton of wedding party. This meant we got to use more time for their bride and groom portraits, which you know I loved!

The reception was held at Troy's grandparents' gorgeous private estate. K.Elizabeth Events did an amazing job designing and transforming the grounds into an English garden party, and a Mariachi band greeted the guests into cocktail hour (a nod to Troy's heritage). All weddings are special, but this one was truly a breath of fresh air. Julie and Troy, I can't thank you enough for letting me be a part of it! Prince of Peace & Private Estate Wedding | Julie & Troy Take a look at some of my favorite moments from this beautiful Prince of Peace ceremony and Private Estate wedding reception in Greenville, SC.

The sweltering heat wasn’t the only thing making us sweat on this wedding day! We had a close visit from a brown bear right after ceremony when we went outside for portraits! 😅 (swipe to see his brief appearance)
I’m finishing up Jessica and Jason’s gallery today and I have way too many favorites. Such a beautiful day and loved being a part of it all!

I don’t normally post next-day sneak peeks, but this one deserves it. Last night’s sunset was something incredible! Congrats to Renee and Andrew! 🥰

JoBeth wrote a letter to her future husband that was to be opened on their wedding day…the catch was, she wrote it before she had even met him! She wrote from her heart to a man that she had prayed to meet and marry. Not long after writing this letter, she met Mathew and was able to give it to him on their wedding day to open. They read it together and cried. Such a sweet and sentimental moment on this gorgeous day! Swipe for some more of my favorites!

A wedding with an abundance of beautiful florals was suited for this gorgeous bride named Lilly Rose! , you and your team are a floral magicians, and I’m always so impressed with your work! And many thanks to for all her help and being the best veil fluffer ever (swipe to see). 😍🥰 Much more of this day to come soon!

Kamden and Ryan were guests at Madeleine and Tyler's wedding earlier this year, and then a couple weeks later I got a message from him asking about proposal photography. I was totally on board to make it happen! We sent messages back and forth all week trying to figure out our plan, coordinate with the venue, and work out timing. Rain was on the forecast too, but we ended up with cloudy skies and a beautiful sunset that evening.

These two have been together for eight years, and while Ryan was so sweetly surprised with the proposal, she did have some sneaking suspicions about what was happening. In fact, she actually had a ring for Kamden too and brought it in her purse that night, just in case her intuitions were right!

I love photographing proposals and sharing in that unparalleled joy and excitement! So thankful to have been a part of this day with Ryan and Kamden. Go check out the blog for the full picture of this sweet proposal story. ❤️
