This Member Monday Spotlight we are shouting out our very own Lisa Lancaster! We decided to give her a shout out because she stays so consistent with her fitness goals and always brings her all to each class with a positive attitude! We asked her to tell us a little about her member experience and to tell us a little more about herself and hereās what she said :
āIāve been a member for almost two years now. I joined to work out with friends from work, it was convenient and close by my office. When Covid hit, I was sent home to work. The gym is about an hour away from home but Iām there at least 4 days a week! I love the energy I get from each class! Every person in those classes including the coaches and staff share the same passion- itās awesome!
The 12 minute run for distance leaderboard is officially up!
Congrats to everyone who took on this challenge- whether you established a new personal best, set your new baseline, or even just took part we are so proud of you because letās be honest- it wasnāt easy.
