On May 30, NHE hosted the official ribbon cutting of The Sullivan Apartments, Greenville’s largest affordable housing community in over a decade.
Created by Douglas Development and Schaumber Development, the 180-unit, 5-bedroom community is reserved for households making under 60% of the area’s median income, and it features high-end amenities and premium floorplans in a great location.
