Perfect for lounging on a crisp fall Sunday, this cozy family room designed by presents a beautiful balance of warm, earthy colors, rustic elements, and sophisticated accents. Overhead, the poetic Brindille XL Articulating Linear Chandelier by Champalimaud adds an organic modern appeal to the traditional space. Inspired by nature, the branch-like fixture with slender brass arms supports petal-like white glass shades that rotate. In the corner, our minimalist Clarkson Floor Lamp by AERIN offers a soft layer of light for reading. An abstract artwork above the fireplace ties the palette together.

Inspired by the rolling hills and lush landscape of Texas, this primary bedroom in Fredericksburg presents a sunny spin on the modern farmhouse style. Designers Virginia Toledo and Jessica Geller of New Jersey-based wrapped the space in a mustard linen wallcovering with plenty of texture. On either side of the contemporary canopy bed, our timeless Smith Medium Table Lamps by Christopher Spitzmiller add striking forms topped with shades featuring diagonal stripes. Hanging from a wood plank ceiling embellished with beams, the Cosima Medium Chandelier by AERIN lends an artistic plaster shape overhead. In the cozy corner, our Moresby Floor Lamp by AERIN provides a mid-century character alongside a cozy reading chair. Its elongated, slender base gives way to an adjustable, angular shade.

Designer Miriam Silver of gave this prewar apartment on Manhattan's Upper West Side a transitional facelift. Silver kept the space's classic character intact while adding modern elements and playful accents. Hanging from a ceiling medallion, our Talia Medium Linear Chandelier in Plaster White lends unexpected whimsy with a flourish of swirled glass globes that create a shimmering effect. Above the marble fireplace, the Rousseau Double Wall Sconce by Kelly Wearstler offers a minimalist silhouette finished in bronze and etched crystal. In the corner, our geometric Senso Large Table Lamp in Autumn Copper completes the space with a ceramic ziggurat form.

We love how the wall featuring thoughtfully placed tiles makes a playful statement while complementing the adjacent abstract artwork. Inspired by classic schoolhouse lighting, our McCarren Double Sconce by Ralph Lauren adds an industrial yet sophisticated touch above the minimalist wood vanity. The fixture’s simple white glass globes are anchored by a sleek natural brass form with wire mesh for dimension.

Fabrice’s retro-style seating complements the curves of his geometric rug. The dreamy vaulted ceiling covered with gray stucco offers a palazzo-like feel overhead. Whimsical pieces such as the sunny artwork by Jef Geys and organic sculptures by complete the look.

Sage green paint covers the paneled walls and classic vanity—hugging the space in an earthy tone that's neutral yet rich.
