We did this primary bath renovation earlier this year here in with some new contemporary details.

UPDATE - in color! SO. MUCH. COLOR. I know we’re here for it! 🙋🏻‍♀️The final touches are in full swing thanks to the incredible team! 🙌 We built this bedroom suite addition from the ground up with the last couple of years and we are so pleased with that stone veneer by V&Y Construction. The results speak for themselves! Behind those gorgeous ombré curtains are floor to ceiling steel framed windows from our friends over at which we will showcase in another post but we just couldn’t resist showing off this interior!

These oak floating stairs with glass railing are a serious show stopper cascading down into the formal entryway with 360 views both into and outside of the house. They pair nicely with the oak floor HVAC grills.

Step ceiling details throughout the house give it an elegant touch for your eye to wander and explore.

Clear, glass ceiling-mounted lighting fixtures in the kitchen provide simple, yet bold illumination in the kitchen.

A textured tile backsplash above to a stone top and sink vanity, complete with a wall-mounted faucet showcase Mother Nature’s beauty in this stunning powder room.

Over the last couple of months, this addition has been quietly moving along. From misty spring mornings to sweltering hot summer days, our teams have been out there getting stuff done.

That's not all: South facing sliding glass doors with a retractable awning, opening to a bluestone terrace overlooking Hempstead Bay - ummmmmmmm YES PLEASE!

Fantastic views abound with this cozy modern and sweet summer guest house. This is one guest house we would jump at the chance to stay in!

Last we checked in, the herringbone floors were in and have received their final sanding and painting, thanks to 👏We are still bringing the vision of interior designer to life & after some design changes, have installed cabinets in both the kitchen & the butler’s pantry. has done a fantastic job & given the butler’s pantry a deep eggplant color and we are diggin it! has been a dream, wiring the lighting (stay tuned for the new hanging island lights) brought the beautiful sleek countertop, island & butler’s pantry nicely tying the whole space together. is still killing it every single day 💪🏻 Check back in for more!

Summer "beach bungalow" vibes coming in fast over here! From old farmhouse to chic cozy living room - we were contracted to renovate, giving it a modern update.

We love renovations that allow us to retain some of the houses' original details and working them into the new design so that they may still sparkle. 💎

🌱 HAPPY SPRING 🌱Finally, this duo was unwrapped after a long winter. The Gatehouse team built this estate in 2007. It's still in great shape today (and on the market, contact: 😉) This 22 acre estate features an unparalleled 30,000sqft home, 4,000sqft custom pool house (featured in At Home Magazine), 1,500sqft staff quarters, 20’ custom full-service bar, a 20+ car underground garage and, this beautiful water fountain overseeing the back yard.

In the last 2 months, things have been going so well that we are beginning to wrap it all up! Click through the slides to read the updates 😉 .t.lipovsky_construction has been working hard on the .inc drainage installation in the backyard near the pool area..

…that’s right, there’s a pool now thanks to Signature Pools Inc. Just a few more weeks and this baby will be ready to hold water! 🏊‍♀️

did a fabulous job finishing the master bedroom balcony overlooking the pool.

completed the master bedroom floors 💪🏻

The master bath is shaping up so nicely thanks to BC Tile. Next up-installing the shower glass!

The kitchen is coming along nicely with the cabinetry installed and countertops by 😉

The mud room is getting some shelving installed by HR Woodworking and we can’t wait to see the final result!

Finally…the basement. Although this will remain largely unfinished, has gotten the insulation in.

Picking up where we left off - the herringbone floors in and looking gorgeous thanks to 👏We are following the vision of interior designer , and have installed cabinets in both the kitchen and the butler’s pantry. has done a fantastic job taking care of the ceiling and pantry. has been wiring the ceiling for the recessed lighting, plugs and plates throughout. Last but not least has brought in a beautiful sleek countertop, one for the island and finally for the butler’s pantry. All while under the watchful eye of who is absolutely crushing it over there.
