Plaza Restaurant was opened in 1970 by Nick Kourdis after coming to America from his native country of Greece. Having ventured in the hospitality industry in his younger years, he knew exactly what rules his business was to follow: quality food, impeccable service, unbeatable value, and absolutely zero gimmicks. Adhering to these guidelines till this day, Plaza Restaurant has been successfully operating for over 40 years.
