PULSE FITNESS Workouts are designed for the female anatomy so weight loss, fitness recovery and mindset Transformations are very specifically targeted to keep our students motivated. We are talking about a life changing transformation that can effect your whole family and even the next generation.

WHO EXACTLY IS THIS PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR?
- Deconditioned females typically (but not limited) to ages of 30+ years old with small or grown children.
- Those who feel they have lost control of their health and fitness trajectory if changes aren't made.
-Individuals who have sacrificed their own health working, serving and basically wearing themselves out in their jobs and serving others.
- Those who are desperate for change and investing in themselves but have no idea how or where to start.

HOW IT WORKS.
- We can only work with 10 clients per class, but we do have multiple classes per day to choose from.
- Clients are given a professional comprehensive flexibility, strength and body composition assessment so we know precisely where we are starting from.
- Our clients exercise in a small group of peers with a Personal Trainer 3x week and follow a personalized routine and a custom designed nutrition plan that is family friendly.

- Clients are reassessed every 6 weeks and adjustments may be made at any time based on progress and evaluations of trainer and nutrition coach.

Nutritionally speaking, we provide a dietary workbook, grocery list, and a 15 day nutrition take off phase to get students off to a great start and secure much needed motivation by seeing results right away.

- No radical calorie restriction diets are necessary to see results.
- No dangerous overly aggressive exercise routines.
- No competition with other members, only with yourself.

Exercise can be very rewarding and even pleasurable under the watchful guidance of a trained fitness professional.
