Sometimes people and situations are going to quit on you. It's going to hurt really bad but they are just making room for new opportunities. Remember to always keep going. Even if you have to take a rest, keep going!

Keeping my body fueled!

For years I tried to fit into a group of people that didn't want me. I tried to be a square when I was a merely a triangle. Their rejection hurt me deeply. Their behaviors caused emotional turmoil in every aspect of my life. I had two options, sit and take it or leave. I left. I began to pave my own path and boom, success, instantly. If the world is telling you no, go on and find your destined path.

Smart women run the world. Chase your dreams with everything you have. You will be rewarded.

Writing my capstone and research paper in bed this morning and enjoying my favorite low carb protein shake. Thank you for making grad school morning easier! ❤️

Dinner tonight was ketofied ravioli! I'm obsessed with my lifestyle. 28lbs gone since the day after Christmas.

I live my dreams every single day and love my life with full passion.

Last night was the first class in the training to become a Zumba instructor! I cannot wait to join this elite group of people and share my love of dance!

Yesterday, I signed up to become a Zumba Instructor and this week I go through the training. I'll have a remote studio coming soon and I cannot wait.

Today starts my final semester of graduate school. I'll have my Masters of Science in May and possibly PhD in the fall. It's time to level up!
