This year each of our grading, pipe, fine grading, and punchlist crews chose to support the mission through financial and gift giving donations. On Friday some of our RCS family spent their afternoon volunteering to help the to package and prepare all the gifts for children across the globe. We’re so grateful to be a part of this amazing mission.

Who’s a fan of keychains? A few just arrived at RCS…

It’s one thing to understand your culture, it’s another thing entirely to clearly communicate it. As any company grows it becomes harder and harder to maintain the culture that existed when there were just a handful of people. Unless you are willing to fight to protect your culture, you will most likely lose it and that isn’t an option as far as we are concerned. We have worked very hard this year to verbalize the purpose and values laid out in this post and we could not be more excited about the ways that our team is already living them out.

Our branding has served our team well for a long time and as we take these next steps as a company we have taken the time to update our branding alongside it. With this evolution of our brand we want to put a marker in the ground to signify our continued commitment to our legacy and our people.
