It’s been awhile since I’ve posted here. The short answer is I’ve been enjoying all the newness of our move. Exploring everything this move has blessed our family with. Being present for family, but also myself. We’ve met some of the most amazing angels here who have taken us under their wings. Showed us kindness, open arms, and true southern hospitality. God makes no mistakes on this journey.

This “creative rest” has been everything I’ve needed this past year. I have some of my biggest projects and weddings lined up in 2024. So graciously, I thank YOU for sticking around!

Meanwhile, florida flowers in 2023 was still an absolute vibe. I’m so grateful to my clients your true loyalty to me. And my little Florida flower fairies.. I know things have been a little quiet over here. And to be honest I’ve been in a space of just adjusting since we moved in March. My heart knew this was going to be a HUGE transition for my family, but holymoly for my business. A risk one would also say lol. I have had to hear peoples opinions, well wishes, and sometimes unsolicited advice. The most common thing I’ve heard “why, would you ever leave your business now?” And to be honest I never thought I owed anyone an explanation b/c if you knew me, you knew this has ALWAYS been on my heart. Florida has never felt like “home” to me. I knew there was more out there for my family, for me. And if I didn’t leap now, would I ever do it? I can honestly say I’ve never been happier in my life. Is my business thriving? Nope. Have I fed it? Have I nourished it here? Nope. I’ll get there. I’ve nourished myself and my family. I’ve dug real deep here in the last few months. I’ve been given a chance to start over. And by the grace of God I’m going to do something here so magical. I’ve never been so hungry to succeed in my life. I’m adjusting and I’m growing in ways I didn’t even know I had in me. I am starting over. Rebuilding brick by brick has been a shock to my system. I was prepared, but not quite as prepared for all of the emotions.

Both my kids will be in school as of august and I’ll be left to dust myself off and really build not only a new life for our family, but my business. I want to make a name for myself here just as I did in Florida. I’m putting myself out there, I’m doing all the uncomfortable things. I’m rolling that floral dice. I have huge goals up here, so be patient with me while I plant my seeds here. 🌸🫶🏻🌼🏔️

I will be back in Florida for a few select weeks this holiday season. You know who you are, and I can’t thank you enough for supporting + loving me on this journey!

As we get closer and closer to the official 3/1 move date to South Carolina, I wanted to clarify a few things!

I am NOT closing down boho in south Florida, it will still maintain and grow here. That means opportunities for hiring floral freelancers + talent of course! While yes, I’ll be in South Carolina, boho will simply be expanding. Sure, there will be ebbs and flows, + lots of kinks that will have to be worked out. But, please know I have worked so hard to grow this business from the ground up. YOU ALL mean so much to me. I would never just “walk away” from it.
