WestPoint Church had an incredible time last night collaborating with Mimi Crabtree Ministries to bless the community and bring light and life the life of Jesus to everyone passing by! Here are some photos to help you get a feel for the evangelism, food distribution and fun that happened in Bent Tree Subdivision where over 1000 people were served. November is here and with it we have a new series on Sundays! Every benefit and blessing is a result of God sending The Grace Flow our way. The supernatural power of God on our lives is a direct result of grace flowing from the throne of God.

This October we celebrate our WestPoint Family Life and Youth Pastors, Jared and Victoria Duhon. New Orleans and the Gulf Coast Region understands facing down a strong Hurricane. As those who believe in the power of prayer, please join us in praying for Florida this week and in the weeks to come.

Let’s not forget to include those still in recovery mode without necessities after Hurricane Helene in the Southeast, specifically North Carolina.

WestPoint’s Lead Pastors definitely deserve our appreciation! Pastor Steve and Pastor Becky have continuously cared for so many over the years in a way that true spiritual parents should. With humility and strength, they’ve encouraged, loved, cried and rejoiced with their congregation. We are overjoyed by their enthusiasm for all things Jesus, the Word and loving their faith family and they are just getting started! See you Sunday at 10 AM!

The faith family at WestPoint Church is celebrating the Ordination of Pastors Jared and Victoria Duhon and Evangelist Tiffany Cascio Lassiegne this coming Sunday at the 10 AM service. We would be happy having you as our guest for this momentous occasion. The attendance of WPC members is encouraged to show your love and support.

Pastors Jared and Victoria are on staff and oversee our Student and Young Adult Ministry. Pastor Victoria also serves as a full time Family Life Pastor at WestPoint. Tiffany Lassiegne is a revivalist who ministers across the United States doing special services, retreats and ministers in churches including WPC, her home church.

The Chairman of Worldwide Evangelism, Pastor Steve Dixon, will be a part of this special service participating in the ordination, as well as, being our special guest speaker.

Worship and Prayer Night starts at 7! Come out and join men and women of God who are Kingdom minded and desperate for the Spirit of God in their lives.

Let prayer continue throughout the course of this extreme weather event. We are trusting for the winds and the waves to be stilled as God’s hand of protection hovers over Southeast America.

Today we remember the tragedy that impacted America to its core. The flag still flies, freedom still reigns. We are thankful for the men and women who continue to serve and protect the ‘Land of the free and the home of the brave’. May it ever be so!

As reports come in that Hurricane Francine will make landfall on the LA coast tomorrow, we encourage everyone to stay in a safe place until the storm passes. WestPoint’s Wednesday EXPRESS Service will be cancelled this week. Join us as we ask the Father for protection over lives, homes and structures. Praying Psalm 91 over your family tonight!

With us being in the cone of possibility for a potential Category 2 Hurricane coming our way Wednesday, WestPoint Church will cancel EXPRESS Service this Wednesday evening.

We encourage our WestPoint faith family and friends to prepare now, make a plan and stay out of harm's way.

Matthew 8:26 gives us an example of the power Jesus has over storm conditions. Although we are being cautious out of desire for safety of the congregation, we are also prayerful that this storm will dissipate causing no damage to life or property.
'Then He arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm...even the winds and the sea obey Him.'

Today was an awesome day with the faith family at WestPoint! We had 20 adults, young adults, teens and a few children follow the Lord in baptism. Tiffany Lassiegne brought a powerful and encouraging word that brought freedom in Christ to many.
