Another cool new product! 😎 This is a marinated cheese from Old Chatham Creamery. Got a little garlic in with the oil. The cool thing is that it’s a three-milk cheese; cow, sheep, and goat. You will need to give it a try soon.

We are in the middle of National Fig Week! Nov 1-7. Figs date back to the Stone Age and we now have hundreds of varieties from which to choose. Smyrna, aka Calimyrna, and Mission Figs are most commonly grown in the US. Fresh figs are usually around from May to November.
