This may seem harsh but my employees and I rely on this business as a stream of necessary income in a very tough economy. We work very hard and have families and mouths to feed. Some of us work 2+ jobs.

Regardless if you cancel 24 hours in advance or two weeks in advance, there is no guarantee that I will be able to fill the spot you took up.

When booking with my business please be 100% certain on the date and time that you choose.

The Swiftly Clean by Kaylee team is continuing the monthly initiative to provide a free cleaning service to someone in need. Whether you’re a single parent/guardian, teacher, veteran, active member of the military or emergency services, or struggling with your health… feel free to apply for a one time free cleaning service on behalf of my insured business!

Please note we are not equip to assist those with hoarding situations, decluttering/tidying, maid service, or those more than 30 minutes from Guilderland, NY 12084.

Today is the August free cleaning for a very deserving military spouse. The family purchased their home at the beginning of the year to soon find out that the husband would be getting deployed for a year. Instead of having to worry about playing catch up around the house this weekend, the recipient will be spending time much needed quality time with their child ❤️🇺🇸

Sponsor a Cleaning is a monthly initiative my business will be rolling out! Starting out, my business will be assisting a minimum of one individual/family a month that is in need of a cleaning service.

Essentially, the more sponsors = the more sponsored cleanings we can accommodate for those in need. If you can’t make a monetary donation, sharing this post is equally as appreciated!!

Each month, those that graciously opt to donate/sponsor in the form of money or supplies will be provided some general information regarding the cleaning and why my business chose the individual/family. The date of the service. Before and after photos. A 15% off discount for a future service of your choice (excluding move in/move out).

When you hire a local small business you’re hiring a person, not a corporation. We have feelings, families, lives outside of what we do. Our families come first, our health comes first.

I found out yesterday about a sudden death in my family. I received an astronomical car repair bill. One of my employees is in the hospital. Life just happens.

At the end of the day, I’m just a person. I do my best to be compassionate and kind to all clients and I try to look out for my employees. My employees and myself deserve the same respect and compassion.

Things out of my control include but are not limited to… the death of a family member/loved one, car problems, illnesses, children getting sick, the weather, other general emergencies.
